The coffee was hot an d amber is the est They failed to inform me the air conditioning was out and didn't work the whole day when I when I went in the office and tried to talk to the guy at the desk he was extremely rude impatient and unprofessional

Staff seemed nice Everything smelled like weed, the bedding was horrible burn holes all through blankets roaches crawling around Everything, the guest next door let their dog shit in front of our door, office did nothing about it, the electricity plugs in bathroom didn't work, the neighbors had people coming over every 10 minutes like clock work the whole time, they were loud all night long.

.maybe the reception was polite. The pool is cover with dirt. The room smell horrible, homeless people were around, and there is people living on most of the rooms, smells like urine outside and it feels very unsafe to be there

The staff were very nice and accommodating the room was clean, the shower was hot. I'd stay again

Also received email stating due to Covid out breaks bring disinfectants and toiletries as they will not be provided. Didn’t see this till we were already on our way. No coffee maker in room and no hair dryer in room.

Also received email stating due to Covid out breaks bring disinfectants and toiletries as they will not be provided. Didn’t see this till we were already on our way. No coffee maker in room and no hair dryer in room.

'Guests' doing paraphernalia in the parking lot. One thing I will say, 3 out 4 Staff were really nice to me and tried to make me as comfortable as possible despite the circumstances which is why its a 2 Star and not a 1 Star
