Property was not clean however staff was accommodating which made my one night stay with a young child doable

The location and the possibility of cooking your food when the instance is long The attention when checking was unpleasant because we had to wait a while for the staff to vacate on a phone call. The kitchen implements when it was handed to us were antigenic, apart from the room when we entered the bathroom, it smelled of marijuana.

Location was great The sound of slamming doors in the a.m. seemed little loud.

Property manager is a toxic influence on staff. Customer service training required.

Not much. Overall appearance looked good but a few discrepancies made it not so good. The air conditioner was great. The drains in the shower and bathroom sink would back up every time you used them. The ironing board fell apart and I had to put it back together. There was a nut and bolt missing. The microwave door would not open. The refrigerator door opened in the opposite direction. Anything else? There was a desk but no lighting around it. You needed a step ladder to get into the bed and I'm 6 feet tall.

I liked the location. It smelled like cigarettes & marijuana. I had to get a deodorizer to help with the smell.

No bathroom on check in floor. No place to sit.

Oh & I forgot to mention the sound quality between walls is horrible. I was woken up several times by the noise of people having sex and slamming the headboard against my wall. Thank god I was only staying one night. Never again!!!

Clean and safe

It was clean, the room was large, the bathroom clean and nicely set up. I stayed only one night, so I didn't use the kitchen, but when I checked in, I saw that I could have requested pots, pans, dishes, etc. The place was quiet, the breakfast decent, and the price was reasonable. In all, I got an excellent night's sleep and was very happy with the place. I ran into a problem the next morning with my keycard. Apparently this is a known problem, and they reset the card for me. It added a few more steps to my day, but I didn't mind, as I'd been 3 days on the road already and had 2 more to go. A little movement was welcome.

bed was comfortable, desk people were nice, easy location to find no plug for bathtub drain or sink drain. mini kitchen, no dishes or utensils, breakfast,as described was sparse, more sparse than we expected.

nice size rooms and kitchenette didn't have any usb connections to charge cellphones all the newer lights them that a easy fix

It is what you pay for. However, we requested on Thursday that we needed to stay until Monday. He told us to just come down Saturday and add more days. However when we did that we were told our room was already taken and had to move to another room which was not a double, it was one king and we had to pay the additional. Poor customer service we tried to reserve and pay early and then what we were told was not honored. Most likely will not stay here again because of this.

Location was right where we needed to be, staff was nice. The floor was sticky when we got to the room so we used a wet hand towel to mop the floor it was so filthy but after we cleaned and wiped everything with disinfectant it was nice.

ROACHES!!! I’ve been staying here for the last 6 weekends. This past weekend (April 10-13, 2026) I checked in to a room with wet carpets and ROACHES! Live, crawling across the counters roaches. NEVER AGAIN.

The location. The front desk staff was nice and polite. There was nothing in the kitchen. Whatever we needed we had to go to the desk to ask for it. The refrigerator didn't get very cold.
