Extended Stay America Suites Kansas City Overland Park Quivi

Great hotel and staff

First impression was the elevator to take up to the rooms, was filthy and the inside needed cleaned really bad. It smelled like someone had been smoking in it for 10 years. Then we got to the room and the fridge was dirty on the outside from food splatter, as well as the underneath of the stove fan. You could tell the microwave had been there a long time. The bathroom ceiling looked dirty and like it had never been wiped down. As you walked in further the floor was dirty with rocks and sand, the table was broken and the TV had some nasty crud wiped on it. The lights were broken and you could see build up on the switches and plug ins. I checked for bed bugs but didn't find any, although it still seemed sketchy. The pillows felt like they were barely stuffed and when we asked for an extra pillow they didn't have any. The ice machine was out of order and when we asked if they had any other option, the front desk clerk said she could give us a ice tray to put in our freezer. Overall the worst hotel I have stayed in yet. I will be asking for a refund

We had to request our room be cleaned again bc of food and trash found when we entered, and when I went to speak with the front desk staff he dismissed it and didn't want to do anything about it. I had to request a coffee maker bc there wasn't one in the room and no coffee either, breakfast was coffee, granola bars and muffins; why even bother to offer breakfast or have staff promote the hotel offers "breakfast".

The rooms were dirty. I got switched from three different rooms because those were all used

Room was clean, bed was like sleeping on a rock.

Blah.

Roches and stool cloged

Dirty, dirty, dirty and falling apart

Dirty, dirty, dirty

Dogs were allowed to rome up and down the hallways. The pitbull was very vicious trying to pull away from his owner each time we saw them in the hall. It was a very, very frightening experience.

Great location, nice staff. Older property but priced right and unless you're looking for fancy, it's a great place to stay.

My room was very outdated. Even though the facility was non smoking my room smelled of smoke badly. The bathroom smelled like someone stored onions on it. Walking on the floors dirt stuck to my feet, so I had socks on the rest of the stay. The hallways reeked of pot. I would not recommend this hotel. I could hear the guest upstairs and next door all the way throughout the night.

Everything was old. No updating

Location The cockroaches, the dirty bed sheets, the smell of smoke when it was an smoke free bedroom. Also the room is old. The room needs repairs, including dampness on the wall and issues with the floor. Disgusting!!!

Price Old, and the person who was in the front desk not very kind

Passable

Property was not clean however staff was accommodating which made my one night stay with a young child doable
