Just stayed one night.

There were a couple carpet beetles in the room. I found one on my pillow when I went to sleep . I was scared it was a bed bug at first so we checked the mattresses . Thankfully after a quick google search it was a beetle. However, I didn’t rest well worried about more. Let the front desk know upon check out.

We paid extra for breakfast when getting the tickets on Expedia but the hotel told us that our tickets didn't include breakfast.

I cannot say enough about this hotel and the excellence conveyed by the staff. Carla at the front desk really stood out for her outstanding customer service. The indoor pool and hot tub were so appreciated after a long day at the amusement park. The room was clean and inviting, the beds were comfortable. I have no complaints about this hotel.

The room was poorly maintained. Room had a layer of dust on all surfaces and light fixtures. The bathroom was terrible. Ceiling was peeling due to potential water damage. Tub and shower were poorly maintained. Disappointed this is a Hilton branded hotel and the feel is more of a cheap outdated no star hotel.
