parking lot very rough, needs some repairs, no complimentary coffee, in room the stool in bathroom is very low to the floor, some customers may find it difficult to get up off stool, a handle on the wall would be helpful for people to get up off of.

A pedestal sink was in the bathroom. No where to keep toiletries while using. The coffee maker had to be moved to plug in, no access close by. Only one night stand had plug available for phone charger. Very poor overall room design and set up.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff left dirty cleaning rags on the bathroom counter. Remote was missing for the tv. Mini fridge did not work. Wasn't up to the standards I was expecting.
