Breakfast is not included. Its a 20$ charge. They do have a restaurant on site. The parking is open lot.

The double tree is clean the staff is helpful during check-in. They housekeeping could have been better but they try. The pool is clean and the out door patio area is clear no outdoor furniture. But it's peaceful. I enjoyed my stay.

This was conveniently located near my work destination and it just fit. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I chose to decline room service since it was a short trip. I believe I missed the knocking at the door by housekeeping when I was getting ready in the morning. Later, I received a phone call that wanted to check with me and see if I needed anything or wanted any room service after all. I appreciate the additional effort the staff made to ensure I had options available. The lobby looked fantastic. I was there for the World Cup and the decor changed each day I was there. I really would love to stay here again if I was going back to this location. I hope that all DoubleTree hotels are managed this way. If that is true, I think this is the only hotel I would book for the rest of my life!

Staff were amazing

Large facility in relatively quiet area. Nice amenities. Primary complaint is that the room smelled like cigarettes smoke although it was a non-smoking room. The restaurant looked nice but was unused. The coffee shop had odd hours and often was closed at lunch which is when conference attendees would have appreciated it being open. Also, not enough bathrooms in the conference area. Perhaps needs an update to remove/make the restaurant smaller and provide more bathrooms and a lunch/snack area that is open while conferences are scheduled.

The stay was very enjoyable, they made us feel special on our anniversary. Yes, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. They went the extra mile and deserve to be noted.

No refrigerator or microwave in room.

Great experience, will stay again.
