Strong cigarette smoke odor in the “non smoking” rooms. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with questions and requests.

Not a very clean hotel, and all kinds of crazy screaming/yelling among the rooms. It's a cheap hotel, so just keep that in mind.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Wish there would have been even minimal options for breakfast; oatmeal, bagels, fruit, etc. But, was comfortable stay.

The room had an odor of cigarette smoke. The hallways smelled the same. It appears to be a place of extended stay guests. The windows had drawings displayed and one had dress flowers in a plastic bottle as a vase. The exterior had empty plastic bottles and cigarette butts.

Power went out. No elevator. No Refund. Just Terrible!!!

Nothing I open the room 3 roaches came out and many bugs and roaches inside the room. We spent 30 seconds by the door and we decide to go the front desk to get us different room but she refused and we decide to leave the stinky place with bad attitude from employees to the supervisor in the morning. You took my money for nothing and I will never ever stay In this place.

Completely horrible hotel and experience. Roaches everywhere!! Staff was dull and unprofessional. Doors thin and could hear everything in the halls. Marijuana odor the moment you enter the hotel and the room I was given wasn’t cleaned worth a damn!! I asked to hv another room but was refused. I had to get my own cleaning supplies from walmart and air the room out before I allowed my grandson in who is 5yrs old with autism. I packed him up and left at 1130pm when a roach crawled over his head on the headboard. I was killing roaches while bathing him! I will dispute the charges and would highly recommend everyone stay away from this property. Also will be filing a complaint with the BBB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty. The bed was really comfortable. The location was great

The AC was cold, it was quiet, and the shower drained well, but those were the only good things. The room smelled, there were roaches, and the walls and floors were gross with stains.

Easy to access, close to where we needed to be Seemed a bit unsafe

The room smelled of smoke (and they say they are non smoking hotel) and was very musty. Our bedding was damp. It also smelled of mold. We will never stay here again. We would have asked for a refund but there was never anyone at the front desk

There was no breakfast. Even though it appeared advertised. Location was nice. Cockroaches. Toilet that would not flush, no water pressure. Key for door would not work. Not clean. Washing machines were not working. Had to ask for new towels at only certain times of the day.
