The staff was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable and our floor was very quiet. The hotel was under renovation and there wasn't proper lighting in our room.The only lights were in the entry way and bathroom leaving the sleeping area very dark and a little difficult to see properly for an older couple

The whole main level smelled of sewage. Because of construction and updating of the rooms, there was debris and furniture all over the hall way. The closet door required a magazine under it to remain closed. There was no cold water - only hot. The outside of the property needs landscaping help as it looks like it is in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. Also, they evicted me and my SERVICE DOG because they did not believe that he was service. The check in staff on that day was wonderful. The rest of the staff was rude and totally unhelpful. I will NEVER stay at another Comfort Inn. The Fairfield around the corner from this one was very accommodating and got us in right away with very early checkin to assist us in our time of need. Stay there instead - we'll worth the couple extra bucks.

The price was reasonable, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The staff was also accommodating when we had an issue with the fridge and offered to move us to another room. The bed was fairly comfortable, and although our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, they were able to get it ready within about 20 minutes. We arrived about 45 minutes after check-in began, but our room still had not been cleaned and we were initially told it could be another hour. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were several small areas that seemed to have been overlooked.

It served it purpose for us. They are updating the property and the rooms right now, Furniture was in the lobby and hallways because they were replacing and upgrading. The pool is covered and enclosed so it was cold and the hot tub was out of order. Staff was pleasant enough and helpful. I can brag on the breakfast, a good bit to choose from and it was well prepared. Over all for the price it was a good place to stay

Was promised a refund by Brandy and now my calls aren’t being answered. Was hung up on when told I was being put through to the General Manager Carla. Added an extra night into our stay and was called while at the amusement park about us not leave at checkout. Then had to have our room moved while we were out because we had been put into a handicap accessible room without needing it to be handicap accessible.

I don’t even know where to begin with how dirty the room was. We’ve stayed at this location before and it’s never been this bad. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and I could tell the shower curtain hadn’t been changed.

Breakfast was great. Brandy was a great help. Staff was very friendly and even jumped in and played a board game with my kids. We will be back next year to stay again.

I liked the fact that there was a free breakfast and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I was able to get a good night's sleep my entire stay. Staff was friendly and attentive to most of my needs, though they were busy at the time so not everything could be met during my stay as they were remodeling some of the rooms. Everything else. My room was not tidy when I stepped in, there was food or nuts or something on the floor near the couch and a member of the staff that did the cleaning left their wash rag in hanging on the shower. Shower Curtains looked decayed and needed to be swapped out. There were electrical issues with the room, I could not turn on the TV, the lamps or the whole right side of the room unless the light in the foyer space was turned on and left on as that light looked like it was a temporary fuse box of sorts so I know the electrical work for the room is WAY off and the staff never took care of the mess they left the day I reported it when I left for the event. For $100+ a night, I expected some upkeep but got everything else instead.

The staff was very helpful. The front desk receptionist moved my family and I into a bigger room after noticing I had 3 children with me. The breakfast was hot and yummy with good variety. The pool was warm!
