My room here roaches I couldn't get my bed changed every day it did not come in this week or vacuum the floor the sink Lee and I didn't have a microwave or refrigerator and I asked him numerous of time they keep throwing me out like it's not their problem Where did you not like I explain you about my TV hit roaches in it my sink leak and need my bed lending chain and they said it don't really get my belly in the chain was it had to do it myself very unprofessional

Location of the property was good for options to eat in shop My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it reeked severely like a cigarette so strong I could barely stand it and I smoke cigarettes from time to time if that tells you anything. The light in the bathroom didn’t work big hole in the wall. Hole in the door bug was crawling on the wall and appeared to be a cockroach, the air conditioner and vent look like they hadn’t ever been cleaned which is probably the reason for the cigarette smoking smell.

The maids never clean the room. The floors are filthy. It will turn your feet black. You can tell the sheets haven't been changed? Because there's hairs and crumbs and stains all over it. Curtains has holes. It's a rand down crack motel

I got stuck in a room that was infested with cockroaches. The lights didn't work the lights in the shower didn't work. There was crumbs and dog hair all over my sheets. You could tell that they were still dirty. The maid service. There is horrible. They're not even cleaning it. The floors will turn your feet black

The lady at the front desk on our first night there was very helpful. We asked for a smoking room on the ground floor. It took her a minute and she got us exactly what we asked for and she was friendly about it. Very pleasant. The guy who cleans the rooms was friendly also. This was not our experience in the past when we stayed there. I glad they have a new staff there.
