The staff was very polite but did not offer a welcome bag and on the last day we went down for breakfast and there was only toast. Everything was clean and wonderful. One of the best hotels in Owensboro.

I was put in the wrong room, I booked a king suite and was out into a standard 2 queen room

As I came into the main entrance at the lobby, I was immediately impressed by the maintenance and immaculate presentation of the facility. To my left was three large canisters of fresh coffee with all of the amenities and a nice dining room room for my breakfast in the morning. The lady at the desk was fantastic and getting us into our room and then we went to the room and it was so nice! We stayed in a handicap room, which was very very helpful. The shower was very nice with all of the stainless steel grab bars and the seat and shower wand. The lady told us that it was recently remodeled about seven months ago and you could really tell it! It was great!

I was working during the day. I arrived dirty and looking forward to a hot shower. The water temperature was lukewarm and very little pressure. The Shampoo and Conditioner bottles were empty!! The TV was difficult to get it to select a channel. The next morning I specifically requested the Shampoo and Conditioner bottles to be refilled and saw the hostess enter it into the computer. Oh no!! Same empty bottles that afternoon when I arrived dirty and looking forward to a great shower. When I interrupted her from her phone I queried the hostess on my way out to eat, she minimized my concern and said the empty bottles had not been entered in the computer when I had observed the hostess that morning make the entry. I will reconsider my stay selection next time. The side entry door was ajar both days/nights during my stay. No much security.s
