Convenient Pool was closed-no notice when we checked in. It looked clean and in working order. We got swimsuits on, walk through lobby. We went back to desk before we went out to ask about towels to which we were told, “Oh, the pool is closed”. It’s the entire reason we chose the hotel so kids could jump in pool. They didn’t even tell us at check in. Then we paid over $200 a night

The room was very nice ans roomy, staff was very friendly and helpful Ashley was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was ok not the best sorry to say. Don't get me wrong was a nice place to stay.

Great friendly staff. Loved the breakfast and our room. The only issue was the internet kept crashing every 5 minutes which made it difficult to use my computer.

The staff was very polite but did not offer a welcome bag and on the last day we went down for breakfast and there was only toast. Everything was clean and wonderful. One of the best hotels in Owensboro.
