Super 8 by Wyndham Owensboro

I would stay again. Was able to check in before check in time. My room was clean and quiet.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. However, it was absolutely the cleanest well maintained 2/3 star we have ever stayed in. We had everything we needed, super clean room. The price was absolutely on point also. We were just passing through and basicly just needed a bed and shower. I hate spending over $100 on those pass through nights. This was perfect! Will absolutely stay here again.

It was clean enough but there were stains all over my bedspread.

Great location in the area, just hope it was nice it was real plain and the shower curtain was to short and water was all over the floor.

This is truly a hidden gem. From the welcoming staff, to the complimentary Dunkin’, and the fantastic bed/pillow combo I will definitely be coming back!

Hotel was the cleanest super 8 I’ve ever been in! The staff was super friendly. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at!!

The outside has been undergoing renovation. The parking lot is broken in a few places, but inside the motel itself it’s super clean recently remodeled, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times through the years and the staff is always great for the money it’s unbeatable.

Needed to stay for a quick overnight stop. It was perfect! Clean and updated. Magnetic phone charger on the night stand was especially appreciated. Would stay again!

Washer and dryer should be available to guests for free or reduce the price. More breakfast options and fruit. Dunkin’ donuts and coffee were a plus. Overall good stay

For an overnight stay, it was superb for the price point! The rooms were sparkling clean and modern. But, as others have written, there is renovation going on about the exterior building and grounds. (Signage lists the improvements, some already have been completed.) I look forward to staying again to see the final results! There is no pool or gym, but the breakfast looked great. I passed on breakfast as I was scheduled for a "breakfast meeting." My only complaint is that the desk chair in the room was very worn and wonky.

There were some nice touches that somehow didn't work out so nice; in particular, the wireless phone chargers worked intermittently at best, the nifty digital clock was so bright I had to put a black shirt over it, the coffee machine wasn't plugged in and couldn't be plugged in without moving major furniture. Sigh. Death by minor annoyance... I think the place will be better when they work the kinks out of their recent remodeling, though I don't see how they're going to quiet down the AC. For now it's OK but doesn't deliver what the first impression promises.

Clean but no hot breakfast

First of all, I want to say we were really impressed with our stay! The outside of the establishment had me scared when we pulled up lol. I assume they are in the midst of fixing something outside but my initial feelings upon pulling in were that I made a mistake....until we entered the hotel. It immediately smelled very fresh and clean inside and appeared to be so as well. The owner was running the desk and he was extremely kind. He noticed we had an infant so he swapped our room to a downstairs room to make it easier on us. We really appreciated this, especially since we didn't even have to ask! As soon as we got to our room, we were impressed with how nice everything looked, especially for the price! The breakfast could have been much better. Honestly, it was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had lol but oh well. We did enjoy the complimentary donuts that are out 24/7. Overall, I really recommend this hotel!
