We were visiting Holiday World with our kids, and we decided to stay here instead of closer to the park. We were blown away by this hotel! From the warm welcome we received from Bobbie, to the complimentary coffee and cookies, this hotel is a gem. The hotel is immaculately clean, it smells fresh. Every encounter we had with the staff was so pleasant. The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. The rooms were so quiet, even with the hotel being almost completely booked, we heard nothing. Everyone slept fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The complimentary breakfast had so many options. Our kids enjoyed the pool a lot. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Holiday World.

Check in was great and the hotel itself was very clean. But when we crawled into bed things took a turn. Very uncomfortable beds! The cooling unit sounded like a diesel truck starting up. The bathroom fan was also very loud and you had no option to not turn it on as there was only one switch. Needs a little maintenance and update and it’d be great.

Excellent location and very clean facilities. We stayed here with my daughters travel softball team so it was packed, but Bobbi and the rest of the staff were amazing!

My tv didn’t work. The room didn’t even have the right remote controls. They spent a few hours working on it. The staff said it was an ongoing problem. Why did Marriott pay big money for such high end tvs , when they could have spent $200 or less at Walmart for a Vizio that works. Very disappointed, as I need the tv for white noise. Therefore, I didn’t sleep. Not a happy customer. With that being said…the staff was amazing!

Nothing warning me on the Expedia app. The lady that checked me in took my cards for incidentals. Super nice acted like everything was fine. Made my card keys and then decided to tell me they had no television and no Internet service. If I would have known beforehand, I could have had a better stay somewhere else.

We stayed here for a trip to holiday world. We encountered some hiccups but the staff made all the difference. They were able to address the issues with care and consideration that really made me feel seen and heard. I can't say enough about their customer service.

Expected more amenities in the bathroom but was only robes no toothbrush or combs. I guess you gotta go downstairs and ask since not everyone brushes their teeth?
