Excellent hotel and stay. Staff were all extremely friendly and the hot breakfast included a nice variety of delicious options! Would definitely stay here again....

Friendly staff, clean everywhere and a vent in the bathroom! N/a

My tv didn’t work. The room didn’t even have the right remote controls. They spent a few hours working on it. The staff said it was an ongoing problem. Why did Marriott pay big money for such high end tvs , when they could have spent $200 or less at Walmart for a Vizio that works. Very disappointed, as I need the tv for white noise. Therefore, I didn’t sleep. Not a happy customer. With that being said…the staff was amazing!

Very friendly staff, clean room, updated bathroom, good breakfast selections and didn't feel rushed by staff even though by the time we made it to breakfast it was supposed to close in 10 mins. Good food selections around hotel Location was just okay for our needs. Its was 40 mins from Holiday World but it was nice to be somewhere with more food options than what is opened around the park when its late.

Nothing warning me on the Expedia app. The lady that checked me in took my cards for incidentals. Super nice acted like everything was fine. Made my card keys and then decided to tell me they had no television and no Internet service. If I would have known beforehand, I could have had a better stay somewhere else.

We stayed here for a trip to holiday world. We encountered some hiccups but the staff made all the difference. They were able to address the issues with care and consideration that really made me feel seen and heard. I can't say enough about their customer service.

Expected more amenities in the bathroom but was only robes no toothbrush or combs. I guess you gotta go downstairs and ask since not everyone brushes their teeth?

Excellent stay

Staff was incredible!! Power went out at 2:30am and never came back on. No shower, 4th floor so down 4 flights of stairs with luggage, no air conditioner or ice, grabbed a few protein bars and hit the road :(

The location of the room Our view wasn't very good.

I loved the way the staff stepped up and found us rooms after they informed us that Booking.com did not push our reservation through. Therefore, when we got there, were had not rooms. The hotel itself was great!! But the fact we had no rooms upon arrival because Booking.com did not do their part was very frustrating. Luckily, the hotel staff worked to provide us rooms

Well maintained, decent breakfast. The pool was clean and staff was friendly.

unfortunately we did not eat breakfast at your facility. The first morning we missed the time deadline, exhasuted from driving in solid rain all day we over slept. The next day we met family for breakfast. Maybe offer breakfast until 10:00 AM. Other than this I can't think of anything.
