Room where too hot when we arrived, but otherwise it was great

Upon arrival, 6.5 hours after check in, we were assigned a room that had clearly not been cleaned, towels in the bathroom and leftover food in the room. Sink had a smell as if the drain was clogged. AC unit qas terribly loud throughout the night as it qas a wall AC and not central.

What a beautiful hotel, right when you walk in.the rooms were so clean and nice, very spacious. Customer service was amazing. Pool was nice and clean. Can’t say enough about this hotel. I will be bringing my kids back next year for summer break

The room wasn’t cooling and I was supposed to get a pool view even tho I pay with 3rd party I didn’t think it would of matter cause another family member did the same thing and they got a pool view witch I paid more too for the pool view too.

I requested to check in early. The staff at the front said that the hotel had changed ownership in the middle of the night and that the rooms still needed to be turned over. I offered to pay more for any room available but they said there wasn't anything. I called the reservation line and they said that there should be rooms but after contacting the hotel they said that they would call me and let me know. I ended up having to sleep in my car for 4hrs and at check-in no one seemed to know that i had even left a message or talked to anyone and they said there plenty of rooms available.
