Staybridge Suites Oxnard River Ridge by IHG

Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel, and it looked like they kept it well stocked. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews on different local properties prior to booking this one and I have to say we were disappointed.

I love staying at the Staybridge.

We would come back.. we enjoyed the stay. I believe that we shouldn't pay for amenities if we don't get any ourselves..why do we pay for something we dont use. Also paying for parking its a space ppl.. we already paid for the room to stay. Just saying

Interesting property, it's like staying at an apartment complex! Perfect place especially if you're staying for a few days. Lots of space, plenty of parking. Bed was comfy - felt like a new mattress. Breakfast area was insanely busy... but they kept up with it. Overall, a great value.

Clean property. Very helpful staff. The rooms were like little apartments.

Had a fantastic stay, last night! The property is huge and beautiful, and our room was incredibly spacious and spotless. To top it off, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of great options. Absolutely no complaints here—highly recommend!

Our room was very nice and we found it spacious and comfortable. However, the common areas (like the laundry room etc) seemed quite dated and less well-kept. Also, there is stationary police surveyllaince/vehicle onsite. Not sure why. But it sends a signal that perhaps we need to be vigilant.

Food The staff

Place was good and clean, parking wasn’t great because they had work trucks there taking up 2-3 spaces. They were doing work outside and on the golf course by 8 am

I love the free breakfast it was remarkable and the people are very nice and everything I give it a 10 for all the services they gave us employees are great.... Cable TV kind of sucks

The check-in process could be more efficient

Location, tennis courts, and pool. Hot breakfast was good. No towels available at the pool 2 days. Added for extra towels in our bathroom and tooke 24 hours to get them. Bed was comfortable but sofa bed was not. You could feel the coils in the mattress.

We wake up late and anyway we get a good breakfast, there was no more scrambled egg and the employees prepare just for us. The room was perfect, a perfect apartment for 2. The only concern was we did not receive the bill by email as they promise.

Was there 4 nights and wait staff never refreshed the room. We left every morning early for family events and came back at night to NOTHING having been cleaned, no towels etc

I like 2 separate area (like 2 bedroom) and there are 2 bathrooms.
