Nice kitchenette, clean rooms

the room was very nice and clean, very professional staff, the breakfast hot delicious and plenty , also the staff working in the breakfast court very courteous, I didn't have opportunity to go to the outdoor pool but i seem people enjoying and having a very good time, definitively I will be back with my family here.

I liked the location as well as the hotel.

Very clean

New build and very well maintained. Breakfast could use some more gluten feee options especially for the waffles.

The cons: There was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. I tried the front desk and was put on hold for 10 min and they never came back on the phone. The hotel was not busy for this to be excusable. When reported the next morning the front desk lady was indifferent. The breakfast was terrible. There is so much near by I would definitely skip it. Lastly, we were on the 2nd floor and there must have been a gymnastics team in the room above us. There was jumping and stomping nonstop till past 11pm. If you’re sensitive to constant noise or want to sleep ask that you get a top floor to avoid this or not be placed under a family. It’s really a lovely hotel and close to so much. I was hopeful for an amazing stay but I think the front desk needs to work on hospitality and they should honestly forego the breakfast at this lack of quality. Seriously, slimy oatmeal and very wet fake scrambled eggs.

Cons: bad isolation: you will hear people upstairs. Staff is not friendly, and ay most tolerating you.

Prime location for shopping! The hotel is clean and beautiful. We got our regular room upgraded to a suite and it was amazing! The only downfall was the shower pressure could be better and it took a while to get warm, otherwise everything else was superb!

We stayed here for 2 days the staff was very nice and friendly, helpful do fantastic service. David, Sophia and the other front desk who has bday on that day. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Overall it was a good stay did run into a couple of issues with staff not providing the service needed. But for the remaining of our stay the staff was good. Hotel very clean nice area.

Upgraded modern room and amenities, comfortable room, large bathroom were all things that made this a pleasurable stay.

Great family hotel.

The hotel is new and the rooms were excellent — clean, comfortable, and modern. The shower could use a bit more water pressure, but overall it was a wonderful place to stay with great service. Breakfast was served daily and was absolutely delicious.

Room is extremely clean with all kinds of appliances in the kitchen

The room was spotless and usefully laid out, space was ample, and the bed was comfortable (although we always feel hotel bedding is too heavy for sleeping with a governor on the A/C set at a lower limit of 68 in this case). The breakfast buffet was delicious--we loved the little crustless , vegetarian quiches! And I appreciated the turkey sausage for extra protein, being on a low-carb diet. The pool liked inviting, but we didn't have time to use it. In all, this is a terrific place to stay when in Oxnard.

Location very convenient, but too close to freeway so couldn’t avoid road noise. Also can hear all the footsteps from room above. Otherwise everything else was great
