Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was very accommodating. We will definitely book here again when we come back in town to visit family.

Pool was clean all staff members were very friendly and helpful

Nice hotel is a good location. Room was decent, but the door rattled everytime someone went in or out of their room. Also sounded like a three hundred pound person was walking on their heels in the room above us.

While there was a slight delay in checking in (our room had not yet been cleaned), the staff were apologetic and offered us refreshments. We waited in the lobby & watched a World Cup game on the screens. Once we got our suite it was very nice and new except we were expecting a tub (booked for accessibility). Since we had already waited à long time we let it be without asking for a room change. I was glad we were on the bottom floor at the far end as our young boys can be quite rambunctious. The pool was lovely for family swim and towels were provided. The included breakfast was substantial and they had variety over thr 2 nights we stayed. Lastly they did charge for parking, which felt high given the room rate. We have an EV and were able to charge on site at least.

The room was better than expected. A lot of space, clean and the view of the pool was a nice touch. Front desk was also very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect place to get way here im town if ypur household is never empty

The staff advised over phone rooms were ready, we arrived with our family and rooms where not ready. We were told they were doing the walk through and we could get in. Then that the room was still being cleaned. It was almost 6pm before we got into a room. Very disappointing.

The hotel is only a year old so everything is new and clean. Staff was lovely. Kitchen was clean and new. No problem parking. Only issue was my shower never warmed up beyond lukewarm. Across from Shake Shack, Starbucks and Handel Ice Cream. 💜

The bed was totally uncomfortable. The room was adequate.

Spacious room with a kitchenette...amazing! A ton of property amenities...fantastic! The room TV listing your name...incredible attention to detail! The breakfast was filling with hot coffee available and plenty of seating, which is rare at most hotels. We loved everything about this property and will book again at their other locations.

This is a very nice hotel and we stay here every time we are traveling through Oxnard. Unfortunately not all the staff at front desk match this beautiful property. The morning staff during out checkout was rude. They lie to people and say the property is completely booked. They basically kick you out before checkout. The staff that checked us in in the evening was very helpful and welcoming. We noticed that they are now charging more per night (20% more) and charging for parking. What is next? Will they start charging for the breakfast or for the laundry room? Nicole and diming customers is not a smart business model. Focus on customer experience and maiming the property clean and welcoming and you will not need to rely on gauging. We will probably never stay here again because of the front desk crew from the morning.
