the hotel looks new. Room is.clean and staffs are super friendly. I am very impressed by the sofa bed! it is very ideal for family traveling. Everyone rests well! Breakfast was delicious too. Will stay here next time around.

Everything was perfect.

This hotel just opened so obviously everything was pretty much perfect. It made me sad thinking about how it may fall into disrepair like nearly every hotel seems to nowadays! My partner and I needed a place to stay for one night so we booked a room pretty last minute. It was affordable for us and in a good location next to the freeway and across from a shopping center. Staff were friendly and nice. We only slept in the room so I can't write a review about any of the hotel amenities (ice machine, pool, gym, etc.). The room itself was beautiful - modern and clean. The layout and furniture work well. The toiletries worked fine for us. I loved the large mini fridge size that fit our dinner leftovers. I'm pretty sure we had some neighbors in our hallway or above/below us, but we never heard people or much of the highway traffic noise, for that matter. It's definitely in a bustling area though. We had dinner at the Collection shopping center across the street from the hotel and the shopping center is poppin on the weekend! It's a great public space with various places to sit and walk featuring ponds, grassy areas, etc. There's a Target and Whole Foods, a food court, a movie theater, live music sometimes, all kinds of restaurants and sweets places, etc... I would definitely stay here again.

Best gym ever! Plush towels, great bathroom lighting, fantastic rooftop cantina with both food and experience! Walking distance from Whole Foods, target, ultra and so much more! Totally wowed here!

Came for a 2-night vacation just to get away from LA. The location was close to Ventura, Channel Islands, beaches, and the Ventura County Fair which we visited. The room was great, the buffet breakfast was pretty good, the gym was pretty good. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and relaxing, althought the noise of the freeway was always in the background. I booked through Hotels.com, and I was surprised to get a 4.95 internet access fee which wasn't outlined previously but I was informed was standard with 3rd party bookings. Overall, however, we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was very well taken care of and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast could be improved a bit (one day they were low due to expected shipment) but it was standard. We really appreciated that the laundry was free to use so we took advantage while hanging at the pool one afternoon. We appreciated that the pool was very well taken care of and clean. This is a great location for Cowboys Training Camp down the road.

I did not get the room I booked. I got switched to another sized room at the last minute because a higher ranked Bonvoy member took my original room. Then the front desk lied to me about there being an ant infestation on the property and that was the reason I did not receive my room. When I asked housekeeping about the ants, she had no idea what I was referring to. I won’t be returning
