It was quiet and the the staff was friendly. The buttons on thermostat in the rooms were difficult to press. Also, the room keys are too easy to deactivate. We needed to get them reactivated multiple times.

Filthy, old rooms that smell like smoke. Terrible management!

Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. I couldn't get my ice maker to work & they sent someone up right away. They also got me a bag of ice to tide me over until the ice maker had time to make the ice. The room was clean & they did turn down service, which many places don't do anymore. The place had nice amenities & the room was super functional. It was also cheaper than the Gaylord, which is where my conference was. Very happy with my stay here.

Luxurious lobby, well stocked and super clean fitness room, the suite with kitchen in the 7th floor gave a view of the water, had a full sized fridge, stove top, dishwasher, and all the pts and plates and utensils you will need! The bed wand pillows were exquisite and comfy, and the breakfast bar was tasty, had a huge selection of options, and the front desk staff were helpful. My only gripe was having to pay for parking in an off site garage behind the hotel because there was no parking garage at the hotel and no surface parking spaces.

The breakfast was very good and available right on time. The staff members were very kind!!

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at this location, we been here several times & its always a pleasure. This hotel is in a great location & close to many eateries. The staff was welcoming & accommodating. The room was clean & breakfast was decent. The only thing I had a problem with was the carpet, it triggered my husband's allergies but other than everything was great.

The location was great The view in my window faced the parking garage, horrible view, unable to see the garden or the or the harbor itself Can’t imagine someone having a view unable to see anything out the window, but a cement garage garage

The location was in a walkable neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping and the water taxi to Alexandria and The Wharf. The room was spacious, including the bathroom and the hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast, including the turkey sausage was delicious. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend! I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. However, it is understandable for the area, and the hotel offered a discount if billed to your room.

Loved the free "REAL" breakfast thats included. Everything about it was amazing from the great deal on the spacious room to a grand lobby entrance with locations all around with indoor and outdoor seating areas. My one and only negative if you could call it that is you still have to pay 25 per day in parking at the garage and the hotel does not reimburse you or give you any sort of parking vouchers even when asked. All the hotels in the National Harbour you will have this same problem/added exspence to add into your stay.

Clean, modern and beautiful decor. Location perfect to the outlets and national harbor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable and shower was refreshing. The microwave was convenient with so many good restaurants. I liked everything. Maybe a door tag to say "i want to sleep later" before the cleaning lady comes in. Otherwise, everything from the front desk to the breakfast was organized.

Wish there was a pool. And more entertainment at the hotel. But there were things to do in the area… Wish And better breakfast options that At least included bacon. The pancakes seemed to be undercooked and they unplugged the waffle machines. There were loud guests with motorcycles right outside my window during quiet hours on the property and no one made them leave. But Other than that the staff was friendly, and rooms were clean.

Outstanding customer service!!

The front desk staff very helpful and polite. I loved that the room was clean and had a mini kitchen. There was parking available and everything was in walking distance to the harbor. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is ample and well stocked. Coffee is excellent.
