Residence Inn National Harbor Washington, DC Area

Clean, modern and beautiful decor. Location perfect to the outlets and national harbor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable and shower was refreshing. The microwave was convenient with so many good restaurants. I liked everything. Maybe a door tag to say "i want to sleep later" before the cleaning lady comes in. Otherwise, everything from the front desk to the breakfast was organized.

Loved the free "REAL" breakfast thats included. Everything about it was amazing from the great deal on the spacious room to a grand lobby entrance with locations all around with indoor and outdoor seating areas. My one and only negative if you could call it that is you still have to pay 25 per day in parking at the garage and the hotel does not reimburse you or give you any sort of parking vouchers even when asked. All the hotels in the National Harbour you will have this same problem/added exspence to add into your stay.

Wish there was a pool. And more entertainment at the hotel. But there were things to do in the area… Wish And better breakfast options that At least included bacon. The pancakes seemed to be undercooked and they unplugged the waffle machines. There were loud guests with motorcycles right outside my window during quiet hours on the property and no one made them leave. But Other than that the staff was friendly, and rooms were clean.

The front desk staff very helpful and polite. I loved that the room was clean and had a mini kitchen. There was parking available and everything was in walking distance to the harbor. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is ample and well stocked. Coffee is excellent.

On day five of my stay the thermostat became faulty. After alerting the front desk, I had a brand new thermostat installed and the AC was blowing in less than 10 minutes .... impressive! The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and food each morning. The area was always clean. Any staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The property is very close to good restaurants and shops. I'd highly recommend this property.

Exceptional

I love the location of Set Property and I love that when you stay there you can go in and out of the parking garage as many times as you want so you don't have to pay for coming in and out I love everything about this hotel except for that one person who wrote the front that was kind of rude. I don't remember her name. I should have done this review last month

I stay at this property every year when I do my 5k run. This was my 4th stay because I love it so much.

The air conditioner was turned to low. My room and the hotel was very warm. Breakfast had a lot to be desired, need fresh meat not pre-cooked highly processed meat. Need freshly cooked omelettes, potatoes, and pancakes

I enjoyed being in a location that was easy to walk to the dining locations and water. It was also very close to the parking garage. The breakfast was also exceptional with alot of choices.
