Old hotel loaded with tour buses from other countries. The breakfast area becomes a madhouse and a lot of the food disappears fast. Found a roach in my bathroom too.

Breakfast was limited. Need more variety including real eggs. More variety at breakfast. Wait was long for elevator.

No gym No gym

Not much Staff was impolite....hotel was nearly full but they were totally unprepared for breakfast for that many people..so we got almost nothing to eat and there someone coughing all over the waffle maker so wouldnt use it......twice I went to desk and no one but a security guard was there...beds were lumpy and hardly got any sleep

I saw a roach on the one working ice machine. I told the front desk. But my roommate said at breakfast someone saw one in their room

The staff was great. The Breakfast not so great. Overall I had a comfortable stay.

Just the smell that gave me an instant headache

there were roaches in the room, people hanging in the hallways and outside asking for money. breakfast was terrible, parking was minimal, only good thing was it was close to national harbor

The stay was good. The carpet was old and needs an upgrade.

Not Clean, Tub dirty/hair left, Stained bedskirt, Broken Ice Machine, Weed and Cigarette Smoke in hallways and Rooms at a Non Smoking Facility

The staff was AWESOME; very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The hotel location was perfect for the event that we attended. Our room was extremely damp and musty. Also, we were disappointed that the work-out room was not available for use.

Just ok locked restroom on the main floor and the pool was closed

I really love the hotel’s location, the friendly service from front desk staff, and how clean and well-maintained the property is. It made our stay very pleasant. I’m not too fond of the colour of the restaurant tables and chairs, but it’s not a big deal.

Very good Price for the value. Very clean , Hallway Smells amazing! We were very satisfied with the location and service received.
