Web search Amazingly charming old house with ocean view. It was a convent years ago. A unique experience. Short walk to the beach, aquarium, and restaurants. Freshly cooked hot breakfast and other spreads. An enjoyable short vacation!

Location The property is run down, worn out, and things are mismatched for the price. Place needs to be updated and breakfast upgraded for the price.

The open area of the lobby and breakfast in the morning, The location is also good not far from coast and main area of town. Quickly fixed heating problem in room. the decor needs some updating...I get that is "antique" themed but towels are frayed and hard, many items faded in decor...would streamline the decor in meeting areas also.

Quiet, free street parking, location, full breakfast, extremely comfortable bed. Wasn’t aware I was booking a bed and breakfast as I was just traveling thru late at night. Was a very nice change of pace. Haven’t done a b&b for 40 years, forgot how nice it is! N/a

Staff people were exceptional. Loved the breakfasts and the treats! I felt very welcomed by the host and was treated as a friend of the staff. The B&B was clean and very comfortable. NA

The owner was friendly and made me feel very welcomed. The inn is a gem itself! Very cozy and close to the coast. Homemade breakfast was great as well!

Also quite noisy in keeping with an old historic building. Neighbor snored.

Location is ideal and the staff are wonderful, friendly people. Bed could be upgraded.

This Inn is incredibly charming. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast delicious. The beds comfortable. There’s a gorgeous view of the bay from some of the rooms. And sweet garden rooms from others. You are steps from the path along the ocean. Walking distance to downtown and Happy Girl eatery (closer to Monterey). Great spot!

At 11.01 of the checkout day (checkout at 11.00, i.e., 1 minute after checkout time), one of the staff entered the room and impolitely said we would need to leave. We were indeed about to leave in a few seconds, though it is just unacceptable that 1 minute after checkout time, we are asked to leave, and even more so, it is unacceptable that someone enters the room after 1 minute. Overall, heavily overpriced for comfort, cleanliness, and politness of the staff.
