Parking is easy, right on the property. Pick a room on the second floor for view and privacy. Furnishing is a dated but comfortable.

This was the absolute best place we stayed during our time in Pacific Grove. It was definitely the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the amenities and location. The view was stunning. Would 10000% stay here in the future.

Lovely location, comfortable rooms, some friendly staff Breakfast was underwhelming (when you say gourmet I’m not generally think store bought quiche). Fruit was fresh and oatmeal was tasty. No omelettes or meat selections (sausage or bacon)…self serve happy hour also disappointing

The people are atentad,breakfast was delicious beautiful buildings not enough parking space, we part on this street two nights, they let you know, No Tv , on the Details of the room is confusing,the way they show the picture looks like you have this beautiful ocean view in make you think the room is in the second floor ,you need to see it on their web site but we ended in the first floor, you can not open the windows because people will see you the site walk is next to your room. But if, we misunderstood we apologize for the review. Because everything else is so nice .thank you

Perfect Pacific Grove location with beautiful sweeping views of the ocean, perfectly located across from Lover's Cove and The Beach House. Spacious common areas for both complementary happy hour and breakfast room. Very quaint and appointed. Staff very friendly. Two things: 1) The confirmation email; and 2) The bed. After booking the room, the extremely verbose confirmation email was a long list of what you CAN'T do and what they WON'T do, including a list of nickel and diming charges if you check in too early or check out too late. It was ridiculous. So negative. So inappropriate. And so irrelevant to our stay. We nearly cancelled but Seven Gables has been on my list to stay for years bc of location and architecture. The bed was comfortable but very springy, feeling every movement of my partner.

It was a beautiful location right on the promenade. The sea view was perfect from our room. Everything is close. We walked to the oint, to the farmer's market, along the promenade and to our choice for dinner. No complaints

Above all, the location of the property is unbeatable. Stunning unobstructed views of Monterey Bay, steps away from Lover’s Point with sea otter sightings, and just minutes down the road from Monterey Bay Aquarium. From our room we enjoyed watching the sun rise over the bay. The property is also immaculately designed and maintained with beautiful Victorian interiors and attractive gardens. Getting to mingle with other guests during the evening cookie social and breakfast was lovely. All the staff we interacted with were polite, friendly, and professional. I wish our room had AC since it got quite warm and stuffy at night and we weren’t comfortable leaving our first floor windows open while sleeping. A mini fridge would have also been useful for storing our personal food items.

Absolutely stunning Inn and view. Would highly recommend!

Came for my mom’s 70th birthday surprise trip and she and I both absolutely loved it. You won’t regret staying here, even I got cold feet because the pictures were scarce for each room. We stayed in the Steinbeck room and it was utterly beautiful, the bathroom had very modern marble and the bed was stunning with the three-sides window right in front of us. Perfect walking distance to Lover’s Point and nearby shopping districts, even for my mom who uses a cane. Staff were so kind and very attentive on their messaging system. Lobby and amenities are so cute, and the Inn as a whole is just right for a laid back relaxation trip.
