Lovers Point Inn

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was very hot. We were on the 3rd floor. Our heater never shut off it just constantly blew out hot air. There was a ceiling fan and tower fan but the room was just too hot for our liking. The view is amazing and it’s walkable to a coffee shop, restaurant and the beach. For us the heat was just too much!

Room was nice, we enjoyed our stay

This was our second time staying here. The rooms are nice, and the bed was comfortable. We had a nice view of the ocean and park. The location is nice; close to the park and waking path along the coast. For the price, couldn't be better.

We did smell gas in our room but unfortunately no other rooms were available for us to transfer to. Luckily, we stayed on the beach until check out. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Clean room, a bit dated but the location was EVERYTHING!!! Being able to walk to the beach and being so close to the water, was exactly what my family needed.

Sean and Carlos were very friendly, helpful and gave over the top customer service! Can’t beat the location! I haven’t stayed at Lovers Point Inn, in over 35 years…we will be back!!!

It’s a worst motel to stay.

My partner an I had a great experience at lovers point inn,Our room was beautifully decorated and most importantly clean. It’s perfectly located all the restaurants and stores where all at walk distance not to mention the beach is right across our stay. what more could you want? 😊

We have stayed here many times. The location in outstanding. The rooms offer plenty of space and the office staff is always super friendly and helpful. Through out 3 night stay, we connected with the office several times and every one of them was communicative and willing to help in any way. Parking is great-never have had a problem finding a spot whether it's the garage or parking lot in front of hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The views of the bay and lover's point are beautiful. Love stepping out of the room and onto a great walking path in 2 directions-1 to Cannery Row and one to the ocean. Eateries and beach are very close. Just a few blocks up the hill to Pacific Grove for more eateries and shops. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a memorable stay!!

The staff are great. The room we had was clean but not well furnished. They did have new floors and the bathroom was remodeled but very tight. The surrounding area was fantastic, easy walking to the beach and food

The room may not have been the most up to date or fanciest but for the price and location, this was a pretty good hotel. Parking was free, and we were lucky enough to get a spot right in front of our room. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Our shower head snapped off when we turned the water on. The front staff member was very helpful. They attempted to give us a new room, but the new room was not cleaned.

This was the first time ever staying at the Lover’s Point Inn and we are already looking forward to plan our next stay there again❤️Wonderful room, super clean, super comfy bed and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The Lover’s Point Inn is a beautiful Hotel so close to the ocean and pretty much in walking distance of the little cozy downtown Pacific Grove . Can’t wait to be back here hopefully in late September /mid October and stay a little longer ❤️ This place is worth every penny ❤️👍

Great value stay in a perfect location!

I enjoyed walking a few blocks down to the local grocery store. Beautiful weather, felt safe walking around the area. Usually parking is a problem however, I was given a ticket to place on my vehicle to identify I was staying at the hotel. This discourages others from randomly taking the tenants parking. Rooms are large and smoke free. I don't recommend the restraunt across the street "The grill at the point" , it had a different name but is very over priced. We made a bad choice for fathers day. 2 adults/ one 5 year old costed $175. It was buffet style, didn't have all the food advertised. Self service. The meat was good but only two side choices pasta or pasta. Thank goodness for my comfortable room.

Overall, the hotel is a little bit dated but undergoing significant renovations at this time.

Great place to stay. We always stay here when we are in Pacific Grove.
