The staff were very helpful and accommodating with every need. The breakfast was delicious. And enjoyed wine and cheese in the afternoons. Our room was comfortable and clean. Will definitely be back.

The property was very charming! The staff was super friendly! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. We also really enjoyed the the 4:00 wine and cheese hour! All of the rooms are upstairs and there is not an elevator, so this should be considered based on your needs.

Lovely but older property (hallways are not level and stair steps a quite narrow). Nice, but not outstanding (for a BnB), buffet breakfast,

Staff is super nice and friendly. Breakfast was really good a few options but good. Parking is on street parking, we had no trouble parking on the street for the most part. The only things that I thought were of issue was the water pressure to the shower they use really low pressure shower heads to save water, but they are insanely low pressure. The room we got was small and cute. The pillows or the mattress had a very musty smell that was over powering of old sweat. It was really cute but the bed and pillow smell really through me off.

Gas fireplace was a nice touch.

Quaint and charming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Water pressure could be better, but I would guess the plumbing system is quite old. The staff was genuine and engaging. I was interested in some of the historic facts about the Mansion and they were eager to share and genuinely enthusiastic about where they were working. The breakfast was more than adequate and the 4:00 p.m. wine and charcuterie was a pleasant perk. There are nicer accommodations but the overall experience exceeded the price. I say two thumbs up.

Lovely property for our 2 night stay in Pacific Grove. Excellent jumping off point for exploration around Big Sur, Carmel, and Monterey. Fulfilling breakfast with excellent options. Friendly staff! Very happy with this stay overall. Thank you!

Loved my stay

The staff was so friendly. Super happy for early check in. Great wine cheese cookie hour. Pretty good breakfast. Super cute room. Comfortable bed. The whole hotel was so charming. Loved the court yard. Only peep I heard while in the room was what sounded like two loud farts from another room lol. Very walkable to everything. Adorable neighborhood. Roughly 8 minute walk to the beach. No problems with parking even with no designated parking lot. Would absolutely stay again. Great value.

We had a great stay at the Gosby Inn… staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Parking is on the street but good for an overnight stay and early departure. The Inn is beautiful and harkens back to days gone by but it is very busy and a bit worn. I’d gladly stay there again.

The breakfast was well thought out with the options it provided. The atmosphere of the inn was very pleasant. The only thing I would say was the water pressure was low.

It was a beautiful place to stay to celebrate my husbands birthday! The wine hour and breakfast was a nice touch and we loved staying in the Steinbeck room:)

It was a wonderful place to stay in Pacific Grove. Close to Carmel, without being stuck in a tourist heavy area. Great deal having free wine and cheese, breakfast was great too!
