Inn at Rockaway San Francisco Pacifica

We've stayed here many times & every stay has been nice minus this most recent one. Our room had a broken USB port on one nightstand & when we notifed the nighttime front desk person all we were told was "okay, thanks for letting us know". Our shower had no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Our sink had hair in it & it was just not a comfortable time unfortunately. In the morning we got a new person at the front & they were way more helpful, also allowed us a later checkout, which was nice given the rest of our experience. This last visit will have us think twice about returning unfortunately.

Stayed during the weekend of worlds dog surfing event in Pacifica , hotel was close to the beach where the event was at and this is the only hotel that seems to be dog friendly . Staff was also very friendly and helpful .

The room was a little dated but very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel location is great, friendly staff, with good food options and sunset walks all in a quaint little 4-block area. Total beach town vibes. Only real struggle was keeping room humidity and temp under control, the AC was definitely losing the battle, but the wife, kids, and family dog all approved otherwise.

The only drawback is no carpeting. Bring socks or slippers!

When we arrived to the hotel, the location is great. The staff was helpful and allowed us to check in an hour early. The building itself is in need of lots of repairs and maintenance. Visible peeling paint, areas they tried to paint but the wrong color, flooring missing and stained carpet to name a few. Our room sink drain wasn’t draining. If I were to travel back to the area, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again. The pictures were very deceiving.

This hotel has definitely gone down not as clean as it used to be toilets are old and plumbing doesn’t work well man at the front desk was irritated won’t stay here again for the price we paid will stay somewhere else

But the bed...OMG. I have never had a worse hotel bed in my life! It was so hard that it caused cramps in my arms and shoulders and I couldn't sleep because of it. If the floor had been carpeted, I would have slept on the floor. Now, mind you, I like a firm mattress. But this was hard like a rock. Never seen such a thing. So no, I can't recommend if you want to sleep there!

Woman at front desk was not friendly or approachable. Had no interest in being helpful or accommodating. Everyone else we interacted with was kind and pleasant.

The room itself was mostly clean. The hallway's are gross and need immediate attention. The hallway is carpet and the rooms are hardwood floors. The carpet in the hallway smells horrible. Also, I guess there was a big fight the night before we got there outside the hotel. There was blood and bloody tissues on the sidewalk that belongs to the hotel. I mentioned it to an employee and was told they would clean it up. 30 hours later when we left it was still there. A little water and some gloves could have made that a better situation
