Location makes this place good

We had a fantastic stay and are already planning dates for our return!

This was certainly an experience, and that's what you're paying for when you stay here. The outside has definitely seen better days, long ago, but don't let it scare you. The room itself was extremely simple and basic... Bed, table, tv, bathroom. You have what you need and our room was clean. What you're paying for is the incredible views and amazing beach access. A very short walk to an amazing beach, or just look at the rocky shoreline and watch the sunset from your window. And you will need to leave that open, because it gets stuffy/hot fast in there. But it was absolutely amazing to listen to the crashing of the waves all night long. Not a great room but a wonderful experience. The service there was really good. I'm disabled and they were very accommodating with a shower chair. One of the only hotels we've been to that provided that! Also, we needed help with a box and the woman at the front desk was kind enough to get one for us. Things like that made our stay really nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for the experience and service. It made our trip up the coast really memorable.

Old school California seaside motel right by the ocean. Great restaurants and shops nearby.

Such a great location right on the ocean. Exterior may look older but I appreciate the charm and I think it is what makes the place special. Rooms a little small but well kept and comfortable. Lots of parking. Walking distance to food. Would absolutely stay again if in the area!

Quick one night stay. Was down in the Central Valley the week prior for work & needed a place to sleep relatively close to the airport for an early flight & everything around SFO was booked or $500/night so decided to look a little farther out. Sea Breeze is an old motel but the rooms had been remodeled & were very clean. I stayed on the ocean side & I left window open to hear the waves, the sound & salt air was refreshing after working out in the heat of the Central Valley for a week, slept great & comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and location is close/centrally located to good food options. All the things you need, nothing you don’t. Thanks! Would stay again.

Can't beat location (directly at Rockaway Beach). Sounds of waves crashing in every room at property. Nostalgic, motel, with cars in front of rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff.

It’s an older hotel, but well maintained, and you can hear the ocean waves all night. I love that part of it.

The rate was very reasonable but be aware that the motel is dated. Even the door hardware was difficult to operate due to age and ware. However, you could not find a better view of the bay. This is as close to the water as you can get in a hotel.

location by the ocean was great! Beds very comfy! Hearing the roar of the sea! Bedding was good! No microwave. no real freezer in tiny fridge. floors were very dirty and turned my feet black within an hour after arriving.

We had a nice stay and the property location is amazing. Lucky enough to cats whales feeding off the shore.

The view is all that’s worth to stay here.

Location No A/C and sleeping with the windows open you hear everyone and everything outside. Way to expensive for what it is.
