Beautiful little hotel by the ocean
-
Accessibility: There are multiple elevators and ramps. Staff was super cool and helped out people who needed it from what I saw. The pool is open until 10pm with 2 Accessibility chairs. One for the pool and one for the hottub. One thing I can see being difficult might be the surrounding sidewalks. Sometimes there were some pavers that had popped up. Interesting note: This hotel has a few different elevators and some half levels which, if you are like me, you might get lost. I found it hilarious.

Excellent parking, fridge, and good working ice machines were a plus!

Parking was plentiful and felt safe. We could see and hear the ocean from our 3rd floor room, which was nice, and had a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The pool felt nice, although we did not have time for a swim. We did try to use the hot tub, but it was unfortunately only about 90F. After a long hike, that was a bit of a let down. The property is nice, but there were several areas that showed significant wear and tear from years of use and (likely) ocean air. We did not have time to check out the restaurant.

Everything was perfect. Love staying here.

This reservation should have been cancelled. But when you have to deal with a “virtual agent” mistakes will be made. Hopefully I will get a refund for this error, miscommunication & cancellation that I was under the impression that had been resolved. Maybe going through a 3rd party isn’t the way to book your reservations.

My room was clean and spacious and the view was nice. The location is great and is probably the best feature. The hotel is very dated and does not look overly well maintained. The layout is very different and it takes some getting used to. The best part was the moonraker restaurant. I was really surprised at the quality of service and the delicious food. It was a really great dining experience. Wifi in the room was basically non existent and cell service also very poor so you may feel like you’re off grid at times. Falling asleep to the relaxing sound of the waves was very nice.

Easy parking in dedicated garage, good views from the 4th floor, Nick’s is just across the street (crab sandwiches). Older property, offers daily cleaning services and clean towels by request.

Great beach view
-
great location aging facility
-
No view and bed linens were not clean. They smelt like pee and there were very little amenities there. Hotel definitely needs a lot of work.
-
The hotel is old and poorly maintained. The hallways smell like weed, and you can hear people walking on the room above you, the floors are so thin. The ocean view upgrade you pay for is the rooftop of the restaurant, plus their vents and smell. Please save your money and find a cleaner place.

Enjoyed the stay

Early check-in was appreciated and enjoyed the whirlpool next to the pool as well as the view of the ocean with crashing waves on the cove rocks from the balcony of our room. Moonraker Restaurant inside the hotel along with live piano playing and customer service was excellent,

It feels shady

The major drawback was that the keys did not work well. Every time we have to come in lobby to get key activated once its used. Had to stay in line every time to get key activated. Pool says will be heated but it was not. It needs more clean up and maintenance. When you work in room you hear floor sounds so its terrible. Looks like hotels needs lots of maintenance. Its not good the price you pay and you get this horrible service.

Always love staying here!

The place is falling apart, smells, and the shower was out of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The beds felt like a trampoline and the pillows were all small. The bed even had sand in it. I tried to talk to the staff about it and i was basically told to call back Tuesday and when they found out i booked through expedia they said they can’t do anything to make up for it monetary wise. Very disappointed because i u with this killer giew they would have taken pride in there establishment.
