Wish they had daily room cleaning. Had to ask for your room to be cleaned. All else was good.

Right by the beach. Nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Would have liked better coffee service. Didn't start until 0630. Room coffee maker was only adequate. Parking was good, free and under a covered garage. This is an expensive area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Local beaches are great. Bring a wet suit if you want to go in as the water is cold. Can be foggy and overcast by the shore. It is only a short hop into the city proper, the waterfront, historic sites, and Oracle Park. You will enjoy your stay. The staff were all very nice and helpful!

We had a good experience overall! The rooms were spacious and had a balcony. The outside of the building could have been better maintained, though it looked a little rough!Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

The room had Beautiful views. The carpet was quite filthy. White socks were brown after walking on it. The bathroom tub was pretty filthy. It was nice that parking was included. The front desk always seemed bothered when needing anything. The fridge barely worked. We stayed for the view.

The view from our window was spectacular. However, the place is poorly maintained. Peeling paint, visibly broken rails on balconies, and very worn carpeting are but a few of its issues. I had a hard time believing this is a Wyndom property, which usually means quality. It’s a sad condition for what looks like what used to be a grand hotel.

Nothing Shabby room, hotel seemed unclean and old, bed very soft, rust on lamb, crumbling caulk in the bath

Hotel located in a great spot but looks old and shabby loose carpeting that needs cleaning . WIFI not very good

The staff was friendly but the bubbles didn’t work in the hot tub.

my ocean view overlooked the roof of the establishment and I could hear the exhaust and a/c unit from the restaurant and main building all day and night.

I just don’t think the look or the hotel was worth the 400+ one night stay that I paid. Very disappointing

The staff and cleaniness. The phone did not work and we asked for towels several times and never received them.

It was great all the way around. Great location, great rooms, great staff, great price.
