At check-in, we received a room upgrade. It was airy and lighthouse style with a partial view of the beach. There is a complimentary instant beverage machine in the lobby which has different types of coffee plus hot chocolate. There are also several varieties of tea in packets. My partner made use of the indoor pool. There’s a Peruvian restaurant on the property; however, we went for other food options a short distance away. We were in the San Francisco area for several days and stayed at three different hotels. Pacifica Beach was the best. 5/5 Stars.

The place was very clean and well maintained and the staff was great. I know they are doing some updating and I think we got one of the undated rooms. The area was great also. Not being in the city was nice and it was so easy to drive there for the day and come back to Pacifica.

We enjoyed that the hotel was close to the freeway and also close to the beach. Walking there took 5 minutes. We were also able to walk to get some food in the evening. Great location, nice hotel.

Good location, but the place is worn down

The in room jacuzzi didn’t work the first day the tv never worked so we had to entertain ourselves the staff did everything in their power to help that’s why I gave so many stars

The room was not cleaned properly. There was a coffee mug and a disassembled light on the top of highest shelf. It looked like blood on the walls, the shower drain was moldy. The bathroom was so small, there was no jacuzzi tub. Loud Cars racing on hiway.
