Very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool and oasis grill were awesome. We also borrowed the bikes and rode around the property. The Rockwood Grill was also great for breakfast.

When I checked in (early check in as requested), the amazing Eve asked about my pets by name (Audi and Benzo). As we chit-chatted, I mentioned that it was our anniversary. We went out to lunch, came back to the room, and walah - there was an amazing card and gift for us - chocolate covered strawberries and 2 bottles of nice-looking waters in a pitcher. OMG! That was fantastic! The hotel, the staff, the restaurants, the pool, everyone, everything, was just beyond amazing. Can't wait to come back. Audi and Benzo too. They loved it!

Really beautiful resort. When the sun is high it could get really hot and you feel like ur burning in seconds. If there’s high wind they cancel boat rides. The included amenities and activities with the resort fee made this a really beautiful stay for me and my gf

We love coming to this hotel, it was my birthday and Doreen the front manager, had a cake and champagne put in my room, great touch. My wife and I spent the whole day at the Spa after working out and the manager Lisa is awesome. While my wife enjoyed a massage she recommended I do the quite room with the head phones on, wow just awesome. After spending the rest of the day by the private pool having drinks and food we said good bye to Tim and told him we would be back soon. For over 30 years we have been making friends there and will be back at the end of July for more fun in the sun.

But other than that everything was great!

Dirty bathrooms Could not check into rooms before 5 pm 7 minute walk from elevator to rooms. The architect was a moron. Very poor pool area and amenities. Pool-water is not clean. Front desk are arrogant. Long wait to be seated for breakfast. Extremely disappointed with this property . And my Marriott loyalty status meant NOTHING. And 40 minutes to check out with bogus charges that were forced to take out.
