The hotel room itself was very dirty and the sheets smelt like body odor. The bathroom was dirty in the room. Overall, for a weekend getaway at a nice resort it was not worth the money at all. I used to love this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone. The boat rides are another unique feature that this hotel has to offer and they were not even running on Monday.

First time visiting Palm Desert and I could have asked for a better stay. Beautiful grounds and clean room. The pool was amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful when asking for dinner recommendations in the area. Can’t wait to come back.

Our family loved this resort. Clean facilities, staff is always so nice, polite and very helpful. You don’t need to leave this resort, it has a good variety of restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to book our next stay.
