-
The location. They don't clean the rooms daily.

We dined at Mikado which was a great experience for the kiddos and delicious! Make sure to reserve your boat ride in advance!worth every penny!
-
Overall, a good experience, except that the pools were very, very dirty. When I spoke to the staff, they promised to let management know, which I appreciated. However, they didn’t even bother to clean the pools afterward. I had to move to another pool because I was DISGUSTED. Make sure to check the water before getting in! Otherwise, it’s a beautiful place, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Room was Great over looking water pool and mountains just breath taking views and the property has plenty of options for food Rockwell Grill for Dinner was a 10 chef Was a A+ If there is Anything I’d change about this hotel it’s the parking for customers it’s not that great it’s 45 dollars a day for Valet but 35 just to park on property …

Great experience

Needs more drinking water stations

I enjoyed my stay. But I always leave on a bad note when you’re charged $50 more for resort fee and then another $45 for parking. I really encourage you to just go ahead and include that fee with the room price. Because it does leave you with a sour feeling after you’ve had a great week at your resort.
-
Outside the hotel very beautiful but pool and everything is not clean, and for palm springs expensive, you need pay for everything only elevator free

I’ve stayed at the JW Marriott in Palm Desert numerous times and it never disappoints. The beautiful grounds and atmosphere make you feel like you’ve been transported to a resort in Hawaii. The management is absolutely professional and the service is consistently exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel over and over again and will definitely continue coming back!

Initially my first room was filthy. The bed sheets had stains. I was giving another room that was clean, but it had a bad view. I was not happy about that, but i didn’t make it a big deal. Everything was just okay. The service, okay. The food, okay. The friendliness, okay. The amenities, okay. I did like that the pool stay open late and the outdoor drinks are good. It’s expensive but it’s was tasty. The staff at the habachi restaurant was rude. They could honestly do better for the price.
