The room was kind of quiet and comfortable, the people who were on the property were cool in welcoming me and assisted me on how to check in and make payment. I didn’t like the fact that all of my food and goods, including Dairy products got all bad and spoiled because the Minnie refrigerator that was there to service me didn’t work all. There was no microwave available to heat up foods. That very much disturbed me and my stay. Also the outside grounds of the hotel smelled like dead rats and death.

The room was big with a lot of windows. And the overall place on the inside was pretty nice even though the outside looks sketch. My patio and private yard were great. My biggest problems were that the AC in the bedroom did not work and the refrigerator was not cold. When it's over 100 degrees outside, those 2 items are very important. I called the office and he said he would have staff come and get it working. They never came. And there is no ice machine in the premises nor in the refrigerator. The price and overall facility is good but without adequate AC or management responsibility, I would not stay here again. My checkin process was impersonal and very long to get me in the right room. Nothing Very disappointing stay – not the accommodation we booked. Check-in: we waited almost 45 minutes outside the door before anyone sent us the access code and told us which unit was ours. We had booked a 111 m² bungalow with a kitchen, terrace, bathroom and bedroom. On arrival, half of the property was blocked off by a grim-looking folding screen with a sign saying that anyone crossing it would be charged a $250 fee. That screen sealed off the entire kitchen area – so we were left with just a bedroom and a bathroom, i.e. a fraction of what we paid for. Worse, the air conditioning was located in the closed-off section. All we had was a small portable unit, and in that heat the room was unbearable. We messaged the property immediately, at 3pm, with a photo, asking what the screen was and requesting a solution. The answer was that they would look into it – and then nothing. We followed up several times and never got a reply. Their only attempt to contact us was a phone call at 11:45pm, almost nine hours after the problem was reported. By then we had already given up waiting: with no response and no usable accommodation, we had to leave the property and book somewhere else at our own expense. Paying full price for a property that is physically cut in half, with no working AC and no response from the host, and then having to pay a second time for a room elsewhere, is not acceptable. I would strongly advise booking elsewhere.

Was the WORST experience ever...they do not text back ..you have to wait 30 minutes for them to answer .they gave us a room with air conditioner unit in bedroom..it's was prob 120 plus hear rest of unit... couldn't be in living room, watch TV couldn't go in kitchen .. and they didn't care 1 bit..the housekeeper said he couldn't stand it in there ,you couldn't breathe... I told them they didn't answer, NOTHING.. we were there 5 minutes left , we had no.luggagevwith us nothing and left to a better place ., should of listened to other reviews... It was the WORST EXPERIENCE

I love the 24 hour pool accessibility and the cozy suite! There was a little hiccups upon check-in and not being able to obtain my key right away, but it was resolved within 5 minutes of my arrival

I really liked the size and comfort of the unit we stayed in. The bed was really comfortable. Showers were nice, clean and updated. I really would not the blame the hotel but more like the other guest. Not all the guest either. Since my room was right next door to the main metal entry door, sometimes the door would slam hard while i was sleeping. The staff has signs that say to be courteous and not to slam the door.

I did not like anything about the property There was one portable AC unit we put two double beds. There was only one bed. The place was extremely hot outside was cooler than inside. It had a smell. Self check-in was very impersonal. I really did not like that. Did not feel comfortable at all. We checked in white inside, looked around and left and booked somewhere else. This place is really bad.

It is neither a hotel nor a motel, but rather a collection of spacious bungalows set around a lush garden and pool area. My accommodation measured 1,194 square feet and included a private, fenced backyard. The fully equipped kitchen featured an oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and all necessary utensils. The experience was truly magnificent, and I regret staying for only four days.
