Property, needs to be revamped looks sun damaged bbq area not clean. No one on the property in case u need help or any questions.

The staff were very responsive - big shoutout to Jordan - who was super helpful and friendly. There were a few requests made on my behalf and everything was taken care of immediately, professionally and with a smile. I would recommend a full-length mirror in the room, a kettle or a burner to boil water and to have the washing machine and dryer looked at. They weren't working when we stayed. Not a big deal for myself, but my better half wanted to do laundry. We stayed for a week and were very happy and content. Would definitely stay again.

This was not a hotel.

Communication with the property was very good. The room (#4) was a little tight for 2 people. Main room had a small dining table squished between the window and bed, making it difficult to use, especially since there was no dresser or draws to put your clothes away and only 4 hangers to hang up clothes. A set of drawers would go a long way in opening the room. Back balcony could be better appointed and maintained. Front community and pool area was nicely maintained with lots of sitting areas. Location was walkable to downtown and hiking areas. Would stay again if in the area.

Don’t be deceived by the pics. The rooms are small and not clean. The water was filled with kids and murky. Cherry on top was not getting ANY reception in the area. Horrible experience.

Awesome apartment, and pool area, needs some updating and a TV in the second bedroom.

Room exceeded expectations, full kitchen with all the amenities for dining in. Clean, and quiet during my stay. Local property management resolved any minors issues, quickly and professionally.

Room within great condition although there are some areas that look like they need to be fixed and or refreshed. Some of the appliances like the AC unit in one of the bedrooms that appears to be inoperable as well as light bulbs that need to be replaced in certain fixtures. The unit overall is very well appointed cozy and the kitchen is awesome. You have everything you need to cook if you choose to. The property wasn't completely booked so it was nice having a quiet space although the walls are thin. Had either a guest or long-term individual who would like to play their TV loud in the evening.

It was very clean, and impeccably decorated (interiors and exteriors). Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The area was quiet, but still a short walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Quiet and clean! Close to Downtown. Nice walking trail close by. Perfect place for a get away in the desert!

We had a request for new sheets and a concern during our stay with small bugs in the kitchen. When we reached out to staff over text, we received no response at all.

Pool and hot tub areas are very nice The whole outdoors scene is pleasing The Sandwich Stop was a wonderful lunch spot – thanks for the suggestion We went to the Kaiser Grille, 205 S Palm Canyon, for dinner. Wonderful dinner, $$$ Kitchen cups and glasses are cheap, lightweight plastic – please replace them Bathrooms need updating, floors are dirty and are missing tiles The Drain (screen) in the second shower is clogged Coffee maker needs to be descaled If I were to select 12 oz cup of coffee on the coffee maker, the available coffee cups would overflow The light on the staircase is not working

We had the largest two room apartment and it was great for the price and space. The exterior lighting and signage around the parking spots were lacking. Surely an easy fix! Our floor was pretty messed up and should be repaired as was my parents floor in another unit.

Great price for a cute place!
