Breakfast was fantastic, best of all the places we tried. Room was nice (got switched to a queen) and the AC worked good. We didn’t know Palmdale would have such a nice hotel. Definitely staying there again. Would have liked a king room that we reserved. The elevator was a bit far from the lobby.

The beds were superior to many other hotels in which I've stayed recently, and the sound-proofing between the rooms worked. I could hear the neighbor's tv from the hall but not inside my room next door. The bar/restaurant was lacking the feel of a restaurant, but the food was tasty.

Clean comfortable and safe. Staff are all always so incredibly nice. The food at breakfast was so much better than expected. Seriously delicious. The beds are also so comfy.

The atmosphere the location. The breakfast isn’t complimentary and the daily credit wasn’t disclosed until after I got there you get a 17$ credit of BF.

The next morning, the manager apologized. I asked in advance what the check-in time was, and I was told that I could check in at 1:00 AM on April 9th. The website stated the exact same thing, and I paid accordingly. In the end, however, we were not checked in until 2:40 AM; they assigned us a different, cheaper room and made us wait for two and a half hours. Not only did we have to travel there in the middle of the night, but we were then kept waiting for a prolonged period. We also tried contacting Booking.com support, but they kept hanging up on us. We called them at least six times, yet every single call was disconnected, and we received absolutely no assistance from them.

The price and the free cookies! For some reason the room smelled a little bit like mildew. The comforters were a little sus. When you held them up to the light it looks like they may have not been dried properly which could be the reason the room smelled like mildew!
