The kitchenette faucet in room needs repair, difficult to turn off, Room 127! No clean towels in pool area and no real attempt to remedy.

Nothing None if any amenities were working in the summertime weather, it was not posted or previously talked about they did not want to give me a refund, rooms were old and had a horrible smell,

The outside of the hotel was nice looking. Day time staff was nice. Parking was convenient. Kitchen had plates and cups etc. AC worked well Night front desk staff was rude. There was a roach in the bathroom. The coach and bed were uncomfortable. We could get extra pillows for our kids who were sleeping on the coach bed which had no comfortable pillows. Called multiple times for new towels and finally had to go ask the front desk in person. Room wasn’t cleaned while we were out.

I didn't know the pool was closed until July :( one of the girls upfront was sweet and Also the security guard. Unfortunately my car was broken into. Don't park on the side, doesn't matter if its under the light. I had called for toilet and one of they ladies had me come get it downstairs.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing the only downside was the fact that the pool was closed at the time of our stay due to construction but I'm sure the pool will be great once it's done.

The stay of the room was a good experience but the pool and spa was not able for use of the entire stay. And laundry room only 1 set was working.
