Elevator was not working. Ridiculous having to care luggage 3 flights of stairs

The staff was very friendly. The room was filthy. Coffee machine was clogged and grossly dirty. Food splatter on the ceiling and tile surrounding the fireplace. The faux wood floor was very worn, stain touch up is an easy fix. The club chair was so soiled we had to get a sheet to cover it so we could sit in it. Best part is the elevator was out of order when we left so we had to haul luggage, ice chest and bags down the fire escape stairs, no offer from staff to help. The location was good but wow it was gross.

The parking, staff and check in was easy. Staff was very friendly. Definitely a budget hotel but for the price was ok. Sheets/ towels etc were clean. Room had minor damage to walls, and swollen laminate flooring. Pool looks decent and there was a gym & breakfast.

staff was really helpful, gave me what i asked for and had a nice demeanor. Easy Access to laundry room and the young man at the front office was really kind and went out his way to make our stay better.

But here is my problem I came down it was a late check in. We get to the room. It was very hot in the room walk straight to the AC. It don’t work -_- So they moved us to a one bed with a sofa that didn’t even pull out then the toilet was leaking went to get breakfast came water is just everywhere then the front desk didn’t want to help me didn’t wanna give me the mop I’m like how do I post to clean the water.

Location and room were good. Walls thin, could hear guests above-at all hours of the night.... Could use a little variation in the breakfast, all options the same every day. Staff helpful. Overall good stay.

Carpet in common areas and hallways needs to be replaced - very dirty and worn. Second floor reeked of marijuana odor, 3 days in a row!

The pool was closed the time I was there

We choose to stay at the hotel for one reason only, the pool. We prepare to hit the pool Saturday morning to discover it was filthy. So many bugs were just floating on the top with other debris floating everywhere. Very disappointed.
