Motel 6 Palmdale, CA

I like everything

Door had a lock The shower was terrible.The bottom was cracked and stained and it was dirty.Was a very bad ghetto

The room exceeded my expectations for it being a Motel 6, it was very clean and nicer than a previous motel I had been to. I didn’t except it to be so nice and clean. Was also very comfortable. I didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool but it looked very clean. Staff was nice, could’ve been nicer though. I didn’t get to check in until about 12 AM that night and I asked for 30 extra minutes to get my stuff together after checkout time and they wanted me to pay even though I paid full price for the room. I had a very long drive, I understand motel policy and stuff but it would have been decent to let me have an extra 30 minutes, I had my 8 month old baby with me so it would’ve been nice.

Everything. It was converted to a shelter and Booking.com still let me set a reservation.

This is not even a motel 6 no more.

I like staying there when I come to California because I feel safe and the workers inside the office always have a great attitude . The Air Conditioner did not work they send maintenance to the room to fix it and he claim it was fix and it was not the room was like being outside. Also when it’s people that do not have a room there they stay in they car on property very uncomfortable. I have never seen it before

Management Near my job for the time I was there

Sketchy neighborhood, people talking up and down the hall all night. Floor was filthy. Several bugs and flies in the room. AC wasn’t working for over 24 hours and front desk blatantly lied about it. Attempt to reach out to corporate was met with generic chat gpt apology letter.

Good hotel at a good price.

Location, staff especially the cleaning ladies Broken phone never fixed, broken shelves not repaired

Easy parking

There was a room in the floor above us where several people seemed to be staying in one single room and you could hear quiet a bot of noise in the ceiling.

There wasn't any breakfast served Unwelcome visitors hanging outside.

I kept thinking there were bugs crawling or biting but my partner said it was just scratchy sheets. A group of adults and at least 2 children, one crying, were outside the room talking until about 1 a.m. and the walls are very thin.

They let me check out late

Check in was not pleasant. Office was closed so had to check in through security window. It’s located in room with vending machines and ice machine. No A/C in the room. Was 112 degrees that day. Remote for the TV did not work for the 3 night stay. Had to get the room key updated every night after work. Pain since I was carrying my dinner and work stuff. Was not offered a final bill upon checkout.

When it was working it sucked. Bugs in the room.

Ac went out multiple times on our three day stay and the weather was over 110. The phone didn’t work in the room, the floors were sticky and dirty upon arrival, there were guests being loud and swimming in the pool at 4am, roaches and spiders crawling around making me feel weary of what’s crawling into my bags and coming home with me. Wouldn’t choose this location again!!

Hotel was very clean, enjoyed a nice swim in the clean pool.

I like how the room was really clean ND the beds were really comfortable ND ur staff was really polite. The temperature it could of been a little more cooler
