Clean room and a nice breakfast variety
-
hotel was clean and the ammentities we nice. It was my birthday yesterday and my sons birthday 9/20. So we were there celebrating with family. I used the bbq area to make wings there was no other guest waiting to use the area. We had no alcohol no loud music and we were being very respectful. The manager comes out and tell a us we have to leave aggressively and very rude. I explained that we were just bbqing and not even using the room she does not give any accommodation as I would've booked another room on top of the one I already booked. I usually check in at the element and never have these problems. Will not be back left and checked out do to her hostility

The weekend staff were amazing!

Everything was good breakfast the cleanliness. The only thing this time the bed was uncomfortable.
-
Overall hotel was decent, nothing spectacular but not bad either. The only real downside was that the room we stayed there was hair left in the shower and the complimentary breakfast was mediocre.
-
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked.

Very clean! The entire staff was very nice and welcoming. Their breakfast is the best I have had at a hotel!

Amazing and clean!! All the staff I came across were very friendly and professional. I loved the digital key option. The staff made sure to contact me about a guest they knew was staying with me when he requested a card. I felt very safe. I recently booked with a cheaper hotel and regret it. I will be back again❤️ Induction stove…. Wish it was a built in

Everything!! Amazing hotel. Very clean. Everything you need for a long stay. I wish the rooms had a built in stove top. The induction stove is a lil difficult. But everything else is great!
