I went for me day! Wow so thrilled I chose Fairfield ..Staff was friendly and room clean no complaints.. swimming pool clean and towels within reach. breakfast buffet 10/10 my fave was the oatmeal. Free parking..surrounded by places to eat within walking distance

The room was clean. The staff was amazing breakfast there was good options parking is also great. I got early check-in and late checkout. They were very accommodating to our needs we went for a softball tournament. This place is a great.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room and convenient location. Only wish the air conditioner was a little bit cooler in the room but otherwise it was a great stay.

Unfortunately, when we entered the second room, it also smelled like cigarettes. As I was getting ready to lie down, I noticed hairs in the bed, which made me uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room. Because of the condition of both rooms, we decided to leave the hotel and did not stay overnight. We left the property entirely because we did not feel comfortable staying there. Since we did not use the room or remain at the hotel, I respectfully request a full refund of my stay. I appreciate your time and look forward to your response.

This Holiday Inn Express seems to be more run down. The property needs updates. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. Our bed was comfortable and sheets/towels were clean.

Not bad. Nothing to complain about. Neither Lancaster nor Palmdale are nice. But the area around this hotel and a couple of close others isn't that bad. I'd recommend if you really need a hotel in that area.
