1. One of two elevators was out of order. The remaining elevator was slow. 2. There were only two luggage carts. For a hotel of this size, they needed more. 3. The toilets don't have lids. This makes showering awkward, since there's no place to put your clothes. In turn, this makes traveling with your family difficult, as it means getting dressed on the bed. Other than those, a comfortable enough stay. I would use it again, but I won't rush to use it. Free parking. They charge for breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby, but not available at all times.

The hotel was having problems with Expedia website not releasing the payment after you already paid the Hotel reception just told me theres nothing that can be done I told him to call his manager it was midnight arrived from a long travel it was very unpleasant

Main issue was the pool & jacuzzi. There was trash floating in both.
