Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel

The staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms and all the facilities were super clean. The hallways, elevators the common areas were in very clean

Other than that we like the Staff and my room needs a foot rest for the one chair by the window!

While the hotel is overall above average and operates relatively well, I fondly the rooms have generally been below par as far as cleanliness as in use this one often, but after this last trip for business the WiFi wasn’t working and despite numerous attempts to get them to remedy the situation as I had presentations to send off, they couldn’t do anything, didn’t suggest any way they could assist or reimburse me, they simply didn’t care. If it’s service and responsiveness you want, I suggest you book elsewhere.

Great location, nice pool, and good food and drinks.

The property was nice and well maintained for its age. For the price I was hoping for that next level stay. I was disappointed that there was not complimentary coffee in the morning.

Grounds were pretty Our 15 month old found a large pill inside our room. Luckily we grabbed it immediately from him but could have been extremely bad.

nothing special rhe final invoice they charged me a restaurant bill! Which was not mine. They didnt respond to my request for a credit invoice...

Absolute favorite place to stay while visiting Stanford

The room was very clean and well appointed. A bit dark and the conditioner in the shower had not been refilled which was frustrating

Hotel My room was next to a storage room and next to elevator. Very noisy. Had problems with television ,front desk told they would send someone up In 20 minutes .No one came. Ordered food door dash and they wouldn't allow them to deliver to my door .had to get dressed to retrieve it from lobby . Took 35 minutes to check in after already paying in advance. Also had nice view of parking lot .felt i treated differently because im a blue collar worker pipe fitter working a shut down at children's hospital and checked in in my work clothes. Thats what I felt .

Beautiful hotel and very

Easy check in and closed parking lot for $20 , with it as car break ins are a real problem in CA . Room was clean. Beds comfortable and room sticked with essentials . Would stay again if in the area.

They didn't explicitly say that the breakfast is not included when I asked them. After I started eating, they handed in the check. Feeling scammed
