Great experience! Beautiful garden area and fountain, amazing stone sculptures. Room was comfortable with plenty of space. Clean, fully stocked restroom. Coffee bar was a plus! Thanks!

Nothing The windows can‘t be opened, so the air inside the room is of poor quality. Cleaning was irregular, usually after 5 pm :((( my credit card was charged for services I never used. Won’t be recommending this hotel

Great location near the university. Walkable to the stadium and great for fans. If you are traveling on game day check in might be delayed. Check in was delayed by an hour and a half. Breakfast buffet was great and the wait staff was very helpful. Overall it was a great experience as a visiting football fan!

It would have been nice to be offered a free drink in the bar. Or take off the $20 parking. Or here’s a coupon for breakfast tomorrow. Something. Anything. All i got multiple times was Sorry.

Location of the hotel is good for those who go to Stanford University - a 25 minutes please walk through the park and you are there. Hotel has very good coffee stand with Starbuck coffee choices. It also has a decent pool but we did not used it. We booked large room with balcony over the swimming pool area but we were told that they are not available and gave us 1st are room with patio instead. It was at the very far corner of the facility in very dark area. We really did not like it and never used the patio : it simply not appealing.

When we just came in the room, I found the sink ,mirror and wall was dirty, There were traces of toothpaste left by the previous guest on the sink. There was a thick layer of dust on the tissue box.

The customer service was great, allowing for late check out and onsite parking after check out. They were very helpful in all ways! Room 1028 should not be a room - it is right on the corner of a major thoroughfare and across the hall from the fitness center. All conversations from the hallway came straight into the room.

The staff is wonderful. A shout out to Tony who works in the restaurant and Irene at the front desk!
