The customer service was great, allowing for late check out and onsite parking after check out. They were very helpful in all ways! Room 1028 should not be a room - it is right on the corner of a major thoroughfare and across the hall from the fitness center. All conversations from the hallway came straight into the room.

Location and pool area added a resort feel. The restaurant was good too.

I value proximity to Stanford, Palo Alto, Caltrain. I do not want many amenities. I enjoy clean rooms, bathrooms, nice staff, the ability to work in my room and eat at their restaurant. Location, location, is the most important for me.

The staff was lovely and the space was clean. The provided bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, body soap) were high quality. It was convenient to Stanford Campus. My biggest complaint is that the rooms are not sound proof in anyway. I was woken by people walking down the hall late at night or the sound of plumbing flushing overnight. For the price, I wish I could have slept through the night without ear plugs

Clean, comfortable room. Decided to try the Pool Side Grill (on site restaurant) and was pleasantly surprised. Good food nice atmosphere. We will definitely stay here in the future and will dine at the Pool Side Grill again.

Check-in and parking were easy. Front desk was nice. Air Conditioning was not very responsive, maxed at 70 degrees. TV’s would not connect to streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

Long wait time to check into room. I had to make several noise complaints due to neighbouring clients (2 a.m., 5:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m.) being disruptive - and I was made to feel like I was the issue, not them. I left my privacy card on the room door and when I returned, found that someone had entered my room because the card was off the door and the lights inside the room were left on - completely unacceptable on far too many levels. I have stayed at a lot of hotels as an international traveler coming to the US and this stay has by far been my worst experience ever. Very disappointed with Sheraton/Marriott and I will not give my business to this hotel in the future.
