Very clean and nice hotel. Proce is such a bargain on the weekends.

The wedding venue on the second floor was excellent with enough space for about 90 people. The hotel staff provided a lot of support in addition to our own arrangements. The hotel is on a quiet street off the main avenue with both valet and public parking right across the hotel. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping within 15 min walk on the main avenue. The neighbourhood is quite kids friendly and we felt safe strolling along early in the morning and late at night.

One of the most comfortable hotels around Palo Alto, and probably the best in terms of value for money. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, everything is recently renovated and very clean, and it’s located right in the middle of the University avenue, so you’re close to everything. I wish I could stay longer, will be back

Well located if visiting Stanford. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby!!

There was no water to drink easily available and not sure where one was supposed to get some. That was ridiculous and should not have to pay a lot of money just to avoid dehydration. Coffee was ONLY available in lobby between certain hours and no fridge to put your own items in as it was packed with things they wanted you to buy. No tea in the rooms either. No tea of coffee after the small morning window. For the price, not cool. Even cheaper motels have that.

We had such a great time staying here. It’s a beautiful hotel with very comfortable and large rooms and in a great location. The staff was so kind and helpful and our rooms were so nice we didn’t want to leave!

This hotel is a gem in Silicon Valley. So well done with attention to details.

Liked the room, very nice and location is great. Over priced. Over charged for credit card hold for incidentals, eventually credited after vacation was over so it tied up my money while on vacation. Ordered a GLASS of champagne from room service and was brought a bottle, then felt akward about refusing it and having to wait forever for a glass of champagne. Valet driver misplaced our key FOB and had to wait 45 minutes for my husband to go with a staff member to find vehicle in parking garage and discover the FOB was placed on the wiper blade of the windshield!!! Anyone could have stolen our vehicle from that garage. You have got to be kidding me... Staff leaves much to be desired in the business of hospitality.

The staff were very helpful. Great check-in. Rooms were big & bright. No breakfast which was GOOD - then I could wander around for coffee places near hotel which were aplenty!

Great staff. Mika, Eddie and Nasir were all so helpful. I didnt catch the name of the young valet but he was great too. Will return.

What a great gem we found in the heart of Palo Alto, great room and extremely quiet! Get a courtyard room, reminded me of old Europe!! Would highly recommend!

The location is great and the staff checked us out was great as well. The bathroom was very clean when we checked in. The room layout was kind of strange but pretty large comparing to other hotels in the area. The issue was that the cleaning staff did not clean the bathroom at the 2nd night. The bathtub was dirty, so we had to clean it up. The floss and toilet paper were not filled. We did not bother to call as it was near midnight. We were disappointed it was not cleaned even with the high tips we left on the 1st night. Also, we were not explained about breakfast areas and complimentary drinks when we checked in. We found it out when we were checking out.

Room was very nice, no room in the mini fridge for our stuff( had to pull out some of the alcohol til we checked out) we don’t drink so a full fridge of alcohol was not a perk for us.
