The staff was friendly, gave us suggestions on where to eat, and sent drinking water to our room when we asked. Our room faced their small parking lot and on Saturday night there was a wedding going on but we did not hear much music or noise. The room was clean, AC works, and we would definitely come back in the future. Tips for the hotel 1. Have a drinking water dispenser on each floor 2. The signs pointing to the rooms after getting off the elevator, I suggest changing that to be a range like "401 - 410 -->" and " <== 411 - 420"

Nice room and grounds. Balcony w bistro table/chairs a nice touch. Restaurant was in renovation so not much on premises food but located in heart of restaurants and coffee shops so not a problem. Beautiful hotel.

This is by far the best hotel we have found in Palo Alto! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the little patio off our room...nice for coffee in the morning. The hotel staff are exceptional! They helped us with everything we needed, and even went out of their way to help schedule airport transportation and help for our elderly parents who departed a day after us. The location in downtown PA is prime and in walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel gym is very well equipped. Coffee service on our floor was a nice perk....coffee, decaf and a variety of teas offered in the morning at no additional charge. The hotel has no breakfast...but there are many options very close by.

very cosy boutique hotel I loved it. no twin bed rooms the hole under the room's door was about 1.5 inch. tgey put even a roller in the room to put it under tge door at night. also coffee was terrible as always in the us.

Great locations for a quick ride to Stanford and so close to lots of restaurant & shops. Very safe and relaxed atmosphere in the area to explore on foot. None

Very clean and nice hotel. Proce is such a bargain on the weekends.

The wedding venue on the second floor was excellent with enough space for about 90 people. The hotel staff provided a lot of support in addition to our own arrangements. The hotel is on a quiet street off the main avenue with both valet and public parking right across the hotel. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping within 15 min walk on the main avenue. The neighbourhood is quite kids friendly and we felt safe strolling along early in the morning and late at night.

One of the most comfortable hotels around Palo Alto, and probably the best in terms of value for money. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, everything is recently renovated and very clean, and it’s located right in the middle of the University avenue, so you’re close to everything. I wish I could stay longer, will be back
