Clean room staff perfect

Air conditioner leaked in room the floor was soaking wet. But other than that a good place to stay

Although one elevator was out of order. The elevator people were on site actively working on it. Everything seemed to just flow. No issues. No loud obnoxious people. Everyone just seemed to be enjoying themselves. The staff and other renters. This is how hospitality works and should be a precedent for the other places to learn and follow. Great job to all the staff

The location was great because it’s beachfront. And the balcony with a beach view is superb!! A microwave in the room could be very useful especially if you’re on the other building and not on the main building with the receptionist where they have the microwave.

This property doesn't come with a Superior Room with 2 bedrooms.

No more rooms was available to resolve the issue. The room was found open. AC was leaking on the floor.

Room was spacious and clean. Kiddos loved the pool and being right on the beach!

Great but very noisy at night by people

The overall room was ok. There was no phone or remote in the room or microwave. They brought a remote . The room was clean. Just expecting more since it was renovated July 2026… Very accessible to beach…. Room was leaking water from the ceiling and floors were wet not sure what happened…. Think it was the condensation in the room which damage our shoe boxes but left the air on allday and came back it was ok…

Listen to our review! The hotel is being remodeled and it is super nice. We stayed in the building where you check in, in an accessible handicap room. It was room 204, very nice and clean. The view from our balcony was very beautiful and nice and overlooked the pool and of course the ocean and pier! There was only air conditioning unit working though, but there was a provided fan in the other. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay, friendly staff and decently priced it’s for you then! I also was scared of the reviews but we gave it a shot and don’t regret it!

Despite the appealing location and beach access, the construction chaos, safety hazards, room maintenance issues, and lack of basic amenities made this an unacceptable stay. The property feels like a construction zone rather than a functioning hotel. I would not return and cannot recommend this to other families, regardless of the price point. Would not recommend to family or anyone seeking a comfortable, safe stay Major Issues Construction Hazards and Safety Concerns • Active construction throughout the property with debris scattered everywhere • Standing waste water throughout the premises creating unsanitary conditions • Slippery stairs with standing water on the way to the 5th floor, making it dangerous when juggling kids, luggage, and beach cart • Non-functional elevator when needed most, forcing us to navigate hazardous stairs Room Conditions • Strong paint fumes permeating the room with poor ventilation • Severe condensation problems with wet floors and water dripping from the ceiling • High humidity requiring us to set temperature below 70°F just to manage moisture • Wet bedding and luggage from the condensation issues Missing or Broken Amenities • No microwave, Iron in the room • Coffee machine not properly set up to dispense • No outdoor water spigots to rinse sand off beach equipment • Pool is the only amenity available without pool or beach towels. The Good - Ocean view from the room - Direct beach access - Bunk Beds for kids. Kids loved it.

The lobby smelled like urine, the property was under construction, most of the amenities were either in poor working condition or not working at all. The rooms smelled fresh of paint, the balcony railing was hanging off the hinges. There was no microwave in the room no phone to call down to the lobby and was missing a nightstand. The only positive from this experience came from the front desk staff who were very pleasant and helpful.

It wasn't any trash cans in the rooms or No table to eat on.

Pool was never clean and stuck in elevator and did not apologized at all !

I will say the pool needs more attention as to cleaning everyday and blowing all the leaves and little bits around the pool. It is under renovation and they are doing a good job. Overall it was a good stay. Would come back. The staff was polite and answered request.
