The AC worked wonders it was amazing, but when it comes to cleanliness and tidiness of the facility, it was awful as we got there, and our comforter had cigarette burn holes on it. The sheets were not clean and had black things all over it to where we had to go to Walmart and buy our own bedspread. The key barely worked in the door and you couldn’t even lock the deadbolt to the hotel room and one evening when we came back we found out that housekeeping had been in our room while we were away and then our key stopped working and how to get a new one.

Checked in and walked into room. Room looks nothing like pictures online. The place stunk and was nasty. Burn holes on blanket, not sure sheets had ever been changed. Was in room less than 2 minutes before deciding to leave. Went back to front desk and told attendant that we couldn’t stay in this nasty place. She informed me there would not be a return. I told her rooms looked nothing like online. She just shrugged her shoulders. I just chalked it up to lesson learned and hopefully through this review I can inform others to not make my mistake. Would give it less than 1 star if possible.

It was clean and smelled nice and I loved the feather pillows. The room looked like it was newly renovated. The location was decent, not but a very short drive to the beach. I didn't like that the comforters were out dated. Didn't match the "new" look with the rest of the room.

Clean, but very old. A renovation was mentioned somewhere, I don't think that made it as far as the room I was in.

Clean room

Staff was nice! I stayed two nights, and was pleasantly surprised on how nice the room was for the price! It looks like it was renovated recently. It also came with a normal size fridge/freezer. I checked out and was going to head back to Ohio. I changed my mind and booked another night. The room they gave me that time….i was NOT impressed! Very out dated and didn’t feel comfortable staying in that room. I went and asked if I could get the room I had the previous 2 nights. They gave me my previous room without any issue. I suggest asking for a remodeled room! Room 115 was the nice room I had!

Don't trust the pics shown online, it's completely different in person. Paid (non refundable) upfront for two nights, only stayed one and went to another hotel. Was that bad.

This place is ok to sleep and take showers. Totally no frills place. It could be a little better if they at least provide you with a coffee maker, some cups and maybe some complementary coffee. It will also help if the remote control to the tv is actually programmed to the tv in your room. And perhaps, a stronger pest barrier to keep out coach roaches might help to have a better stay. This is a 1-2 stars place that should cost around $45-60 max per night. Instead the ask for $100.00 plus tax. Additionally, I booked thru hotels.com for a 2 double beds, but when I got to the place; they only have a King bed. So we had to share the 1 bed. However, it is convenient to the attractions in Panama City Beach.

Do not make reservation here and get disappointed. They are scamming. I booked and showed up in the property. It is not well maintained. Property manager said they overbooked (didn’t even open the door and answered via doorbell) and asked me to come to another hotel. I took uber and went there only to find out there is no such person there. I promptly reported to Expedia and they were helpful in relocating me. Then the property manager started texting me that he asked me to come to a different hotel. What a joke!!! Do not book and get scammed.

My bed was dirty upon arrival. The lady who checked me in was rude.

Nothing, horrible place horrible staff Staff was rude, rooms smelled like (actual) shit, blood stained on mattress, room wasn’t clean, I can’t even express how horrible this place was
