Landmark Holiday Beach Resort

It was nice and modern. The elevators were under repair and we only had 1 working elevator.

Being so close to the beach. Having a full kitchen, washer and dryer was nice. More towels in the unit. Sofa bed was not comfortable and we needed more blankets. The hot tub was not working.

The property’s location was good. . We had enough room for everyone that came. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We had some issues when we arrived with the room’s cleanliness. The staff resolved the issues in a timely manner.

I loved the balcony anda master suite was very nice. I loved how there were daily activities. Beds were uncomfortable in other bedroom.

Room was excellent perfect spot next to the beach . Staff was friendly property was clean. No complaints

View Everything is old ...furniture, dishwasher stove, bed coverings have been there for years. Only one elevator working and been that way for years. Some staff had attitudes. But Lexus was the very best!

Loved the view of the ocean from my room and loved the hot tub. The bed was super comfortable too My only complaint was how much we had to wait on the elevator because only one was functioning

NA Couldn’t check in the first night. Arrived at 1AM. Security was no where to be found. Waited around for over an hour. Called the police. Called the hotel dozens of times. No help. No room key. Was told o could “put a shoe in the door if you need to go anywhere” it was now 3AM. Then couldn’t even get a room key until 8 hours later. So unprofessional. Managers were supposed to reach out to me but also pushed that off. Haven’t heard from anyone. They keep saying they haven’t forgetten about me but a phone call would only take a few minutes. I do not recommend based of the unprofessionalism. I paid full price and didn’t even get to use half my stay.

The location was perfect the only bad thing was the elevator 1 elevator working and could not use it

They have in-unit laundry, ocean view, kitchen with full equipments and separate sleeping spaces. The one bedroom may not be the most comfortable for 4 people as it only has one bed (they provide enough pillows and blankets) so the other people who can’t sleep on the bed, only have the couch option which is not the most comfortable sleeping situation.

Clean room Elevator stayed broke down which limited leaving room or going up to room, stayed on 14th floor and climbing stairs was difficult for guest with breathing problems

Right on the ocean I saw several cockroaches in my room

The hotel is on the beach and the view is amazing! The staff was very nice and helpful. The curtain was broken and it was very difficult to close. I had to use my hairclips to hold it together.

Location of the building itself. The staff was friendly. Being stranded on the 11th floor for half of the trip because the elevator kept going down was un acceptable. I will not be back
