The shower be almost clogged, too old not looks good really bad never stay there again

Very pleased with staff and accommodations.

Breakfast could be much better with just a little effort. It needs more maintenance but the beds are great to rest, that was the best part… resting and sleeping

Mold smell all over hotel especially in the room, dehumidifier apparently in every room was given an empty bottle of odor eliminatior, customer service is terrible,gym was closed our entire stay,pool is dilapated and just a mess all over,our room was old,holes in the walls, outdated bathroom, missing couch in our room.The breakfast attendant would only replenish the breakfast after someone would ask her to otherwise she was chatting away on her phone in the back 0/0 NEVER AGAIN this building should be torn down. Breakfast was pretty decent. Location is good. Pool was nice and warm. Our room could of used some maintenance. Caulking was peeling around the bathtub. Crayon on closet door. Plastic corner covers were very dinge. Just needs some updates. Not a bad experience. Would stay again.

It did the job, I stayed there for around 3 days. The breakfast was alright but limited. The drain in the shower of my room didn’t work for the first 2 nights and when I asked them to fix it, they said that it couldn’t be fixed til the next day at 1 pm. It was ok… that’s all I can say. We came across multiple other locations of this same chain of hotels that looked a lot more well maintained.

Room was clean but a moldy smell to it. Other than that it was a good place to stay

It wa sa spacious hotel room. Couch could use a good cleaning. I wouldn’t sit on it. But the room was super clean.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful which seems to be very hard to find in my experience with hotels but they were all so approachable and happy to help. It felt like they truly enjoyed their jobs. The room was pretty clean . Carpets were pretty rough and the bathroom could use a good deep clean on the walls. Mold and mildew removal definetly needed on ceiling and on shower head. Air blew cold and tge room had a dehumidifier as well that impressed me. Breakfast was an amazing amenity as well with our one year old. Beds were pristine. Housekeeping came in and tidied up for us while we were out and restocked our towels and anything else we may have needed without having to ask. Didnt get to use the pool but it looked nice. Would definetly stay there again.

Property is very outdated. Rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Management needs to save a couple dollars so they don't turn on the AC in the main areas until the evening. It is NOT worth the nightly rate. The 8+ rating is deceiving. This hotel is a 4 or 5 at best.

So I tried to give this place a fair shot but this hotel was rough. Smelly and musty. Our room smelled like a trashcan. We did not even stay for all the time we payed for. We left a day earlier due to the smell and cleanliness.
