Comfort Inn & Suites

Property is very outdated. Rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Management needs to save a couple dollars so they don't turn on the AC in the main areas until the evening. It is NOT worth the nightly rate. The 8+ rating is deceiving. This hotel is a 4 or 5 at best.

So I tried to give this place a fair shot but this hotel was rough. Smelly and musty. Our room smelled like a trashcan. We did not even stay for all the time we payed for. We left a day earlier due to the smell and cleanliness.

The room was cleaned satisfactorily but the hallway had a odor, we used the pool and my son had fun , the lady that checked us in was very friendly, I liked the breakfast set up but the tast was not for me personally speaking

Staff was great, rooms were dirty and the pull out mattress was absolutely disgusting. Seemed very expensive for the dirtiness of the hotel.

Staff was friendly but our room had a horrible smell, we found hair in the bathroom on the floor and tub. Our sheets also had a lot of hair on them good thing I always take my own sheets.

Great place to stay, will be back. Plus hot breakfast, eggs, bacon, biscuits and waffles, although they were out of regular waffles they still had banana nut waffles but I'm allergic to bananas.

Got there and the rooms stunk to high heavens . Looks like the sheets and blankets were reused and never washed . They switched our rooms was a tiny bit better . The washer and dryer did not work so I couldn’t wash our clothes . When go to leave at 5 am and they were trying to tell me I owed $108 more dollars even though I paid everything in full . Never stayed an extra night or anything . So we couldn’t leave till 7 . The front desk guy refused to call his manager my kids were up and ready to go and they had to sit there ! I showed him my bank statements 20 times as my friend was calling customer care my husband came in and showed him again my bank statements and he waved us away so we left . I will NEVER stay at the comfort inn again !

The ice machine was out of order. The washer/dryer were out of order. Drink vending machine was sold out. Hotel could use a little TLC. Staff was great though!

The breakfast was very nice.

Room smelled like mold. The trash was never picked up. They left the new clean towels in a bag at the door. Breakfast was good. Pool was also good. I didn't ask, but saw no computer to use and internet wasn't that good. Last thing was the $100 amenity charge for possible damage that I found out about at check-in...

Hotel needs updating.

We had been driving all day totally exhausted and ended up in the most disgusting room. We just wanted to crawl in the bed. We were unable to do so hair on the sheets, hand prints on the headboard and the walls so dirty we did not want to touch. Miscellaneous things desk chair all torn, coffee pot in the bathroom and the bath tub I wouldn’t be getting in it. I did talk to the front desk but their response was I should have told them earlier. Left a day early refused to stay another night. Nothing was offered other than I will talk to manager who was not on duty even though sign said she was, worse experience ever. Will be contacting corporate.
