It's a nice and safe place to stay. We love it!

The shower didn’t work in our room and the couch was dirty. We ended up having to go shower in a different room called a “spare room” as backup and it smelled like body oder. The shower was fixed within 2 hours. The key to the room did not work the whole time. The electric scanner was dying but they just kept giving us new keys. It was an ok room if you’re staying for one night and not spending much time in the room but you can tell it’s an older hotel and/or not kept up very well. Dogs were in the eating area so that’s just gross. Elevator didn’t work either.

I walked in room and found bugs in multiple locations in my room. Clerk would not give full refund. Charged for one night and didn’t even put things down or stay 2 min. Very very rude when told them about bugs and I was leaving.

They missed garbage pickup one day. 3am there was banging, I thought might have been gun fare at first but then there was more. first

Excellent attention when we arrive, family trip and the comfort of the room is pleasant, the bathrooms are clean, you get the basic thing you need, the pool is very good and relaxing, I would really come back here.

The property was clean, but my room had an Ac leaking and the small refrigerator was noise as well. The location of the property is surround in a bad neighborhood,

Rooms were small and cramped the pillows in our room were laughably Tiny and thin and when we asked for more they said they didn’t have any. The mattress was also super uncomfortable. Hair and stains on linen and small general cleanliness issues. Mini fridge was froze up in the top and did not work at all.

staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. theres a 50$ deposit fee in case youve never stayed in a hotel before( says its in case for damages). the room did smell a little like mold so maybe something to mask the smell or fix the issue. 1 room 2 adults, the bed is nice and clean. but the room was the size of most childhood bedrooms. honeslty just enough walking space to get to the bathr/ on and off the bed. but if you dont plan on staying there all day its enjoyable. the walls are a little thin so keep that in mind. showers are clean (very good water pressure and hot/cold water) with small shampoo and body bars. comes with ice bucket if you need it. towels seemed to be clean as well. and the pool outside is small so anything more than 4-5 people is crowded. also there are ending machine about 3$ for the drinks. overall an average stay. beaches are 10-15 mins away. (pier park, panama beach, miramar about 30mins). it is in a secluded area so thats nice. would stay again if needed. although would be nice to have more amenities!

Stay was good for the price. Property could use some updating.

Bed sheets was changed was to tired to tell staff so fell asleep on top of main cover

Everything was great as far as the hotel itself but the staff member that checked us in was very uniterested in helping us get in our room she made it as hard as possible even made me change the booking to my fionce name bc my id was faded and on top of that she acted as if she just did t even want to be there just not at all polite in any way
