Overall not bad for the price ( I used Expedia) and pretty much what I expected. The lounge chair needed a good steam cleaning and the floor better mopping but otherwise acceptable. On a down note the night desk never did pick up my call from the room phone as I had a question to ask so that was irritating. The complimentary breakfast was also as expected with the usual waffles, cereals, muffins, juices and fruits but as with so many hotel chains now the half fake powdered eggs are horrible. I understand the appeal for hotels in terms of efficiency and costs but hopefully enough people will complain that these chains ( including this one) will dump those horrible egg pancake looking pads for more real flavorful products! Again, overall I give them a passing grade.

Everything was great. I thought it was across the road from the beach but it wasn't. But it's still a great place. And we enjoyed the club next door

Staff was very nice, the room was okay not the best but its comfortable. Pillow smells like cigarette though. Breakfast not too many to choose from.

The employees were very helpful. However there was a dead bug in our bathroom, the drain to the shower was broken so you either had to take it out or let the tub fill up with your shower water. Every towel, and all the bedding had stains and some black stuff on it that smeared when you touched it. We did not sleep under the covers. We only stayed one night and glad it was just for the night.

Was okay for the price but pool was not clean the breakfast was not good by no means the room smelled extremely weird also there a strip club next door that can get loud from time to time

The bed weren’t very clean. When went to pull out couch bed, and we had to ask the front for more sheets. They seem annoyed to give us more towels because we was a family of 5.
