Close to the everything The bed were uncomfortable you sink in it there were roaches. Especially behind the bed the sheets had holes. The hallways were so hot, even the front desk told me there roaches everywhere.

It’s clean and smells good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lady that helped me was very sweet and spoke to my daughter with patience. I don’t really have any complaints.

The room had no air conditioning when I got there. The room was ninety degrees and took a day, and a half to cool down need to say I didn't go to sleep the first night i was there after a thirteen and a half hour drive to get there

Location, size of the room. The female desk clerk at night, rude, un accommodating, unwilling to make the situation right. Threatening. Felt unsafe after that. She is not friendly and we had stayed for several days prior to this and never had an issue. Also made rude racist remarks to me. We had several other family's that we were attempting to accommodate as well.. ( 5 other familys) and after the encounter with her we decided to stay elsewhere, that was friendly and more accommodating.. we do not recommend this hotel.
