Overall the stay was good, except that they don't have any Dishes in the kitchen, you have pay extra for that or get your own dishes. Also no shampoo or conditioner included. These are standard items expected in a suite.

Wonderful staff. Excellent location for pur function at the FSU campus. Could have used a coffee pot in the room, but not that important. Would definitely stay again..

Parking was easy and well lit, the staff was very nice, and the price was very good. The bathroom was very janky, the shower curtain was coming out of the wall and a very strange faucet setup that looked unfinished. the layout of the bathroom of the bathroom was not good. There was no counter space in the bathroom either. Otherwise the place was pretty nice, fridge was cold, even though the door was put on backwards, microwave worked and they did have a dining table. Nice floor except one example on the cleaning was the floor was constantly covered in sand which of course if you don't brush your feet, every time gets in the bed. The TV was small but worked well and I thought the coffee in the morning from 6:30 to 9:00 was excellent, the ice machine worked well too. Worth the money, would have complained if we had paid more.

Sheets didn't look the cleanest, shady looking people all over, found out later that a lady was unalived in the lobby 2 weeks prior.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I asked for a room that was close so I did not have to walk to far. It was in the best spot ever. The floors were very clean, I have not seen any place with clean floors in years. I would like to thank everyone.

The room was great and the staff was very sweet but our toilet kept having issues and they were reluctant to fix it.

The room had very good air conditioning and it was nice and clean very spacious, I will rent there again in the future 😀

Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and remodeled and the tv was big and had tons of channels. Close to PCB and the state parks to sit at the beach. Great ice machine for the cooler and the room had a kitchen.

Well the laundry was very good and the staff was friendly and accessible. Beds were comfortable and the rooms have full refrigerator and a 2 burner stove with timer for safety. Good cable tv and internet. Cleaning staff were great! No noisy neighbors. People were friendly. Well the kitchen had no pots and pans or utensils and you aren't told this upfront. Also no coffee maker. The stove top burners only accommodate 8 inch pots and skillets. So if you plan on cooking bring your own essentials. This wasn't too big a hassle really.

I love there was a kitchen to cook & save money on meals I didn’t like that the fridge didn’t get cold at all and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling , also sucks no pool honestly really woulda enjoyed that due to the fact it’s hard to find a pool in town and the sand gets a bit ridiculous at times but we enjoyed the beach as much as we could

Room was a great size, easy parking. Bathroom was a hazard to handicap people. Commode seat so loose my spouse had to fix it. The entrance light blinked constantly. A hazard to people with seizures. The shower needs mold removed. Full time residents coming round corners acting like a drug addict
