Econo Lodge Panama City St. Andrews

Room was in poor condition, I ask for another room and was told there were no more available. on a wednesday night, the hotel was clearly less than half full. The toilet leaked water from the bottom (the dirty side) There was nowhere to hang any clothes. No hair dryer. TV would not change channels. After blaming it on me, they did come and fix that. I understand , it is low budget.

pictures uploaded online are completely different parking lot, pool chairs, and rooms they’re the same but they’re definitely not cleaned well or well maintained and everything could use a pressure wash the rooms are a bit dirty and have a little smell to them, tv was blue and they would t do anything to try and resolve it after we found out the microwave didn’t work either but they did fix that quickly but we were SOL on tv and a cleaner room. the only thing really new looking in the rooms is the beds and that’s all and breakfast was a bust as well. pool area is just as bad as it all. the pictures posted are way different than what it truly is! hopefully they also clean up clutter at front desk and careless attitude towards paying customers !

First off went to check in after my check in time an my room wasn't clean or ready yet, after getting in there were multiple greasy kissing marks on the window, don't expect to watch TV either to had a horrible blue tint an the room just needed a new one, the room smelled awful, refrigerator was busted only had 3 feet so it rocked Everytime we opened it and was rusted believe it or not, room had multiple roaches in it as well. Mind you it was just me an a buddy out for a fishing trip so room didn't bother us much except when we went to sleep, wasn't happening, another group was there stupid loud well past 2am in the morning and running up an down the stairs and hallways, talked to front end said they had no idea they were like that, guess they were deaf. Trash littered the property, old nasty stained rugs just put in the parking lot, the dumpster was slammed full an was rank right next to our room. I honestly would never stay there again the entire property needs to be deep cleaned or just knocked down an redone.

So convenient to PC or PCBeach. Great folks that manage it too. Older property but well kept.

Police came to the parking lot and arrested a young girl don’t know why. People sit outside their room with loud music and smoking. Honestly not a place to bring your family for the price I paid I wasn’t expecting this. Also not continental breakfast. They have some coffee and a toaster some bread and juice in the small reception area.

Excellent customer service, and options of cash or cash for your deposit which is benefit. But was no coffee machine in room when I thought there was one Missing coffee machine in room The metal Bottom of tub spicket was deteriorating and hanging I felt not worth the amount that was paid for that

The gap under the main door, the roaches, garbage was behind the dresser we left the dresser pulled out nd the housekeeper still didn’t sweep it up without being asked to sweep it up

The colors on the pool were cool, but there was algae on the sides of the pool. The air conditioning worked well. When I woke up in the middle of the night I picked up my phone from the kitchen counter to check the time and it had a roach on it. There was also 3 more roaches on the counter. The room stunk like old mildew. Bathtub was dripping and had rust in it. Sink was dripping. Zero pots or pans to cook with on the stove, which would have been fine if that had been stated in the booking. TV was blurry and had a blue hue to it, obviously no HDMI wire. One of the hangers kept falling apart when I hung anything on it. Bathroom had lots of rust on the toilet paper holders and a hole behind the door with painters tape on it. The pillows were abysmal, felt like they were filled with cotton balls and were teeny tiny. I have asthma and could not breathe in that room. I had to go buy Odo-Ban, air sanitizer, and a citrus air freshener to clean and freshen the room to make it breathable.

Great spot, easy in n out and a really good lot for parking long rental box trucks etc. Nice staff, ok room but it would be nicer if they had a consistent, persistent handyman.

Yes, plenty that it did not like about this hotel.Hidden fees, poor customer service.\nJust to name a couple

Pleasant

My friend and i decided to go on vacation for a day but when it got too late we were scrambling to find a room for the night. The room that my friend and I payed for was horrible. The beds were a little less than fine I guess but the amenities were absolutely atrocious. For me to pay $150 was not worth it. As we walked to our room we noticed that our room was located in the bottom corner of the building under a staircase and an open street was right next to the door, we already did not feel safe staying here. We went inside our room and the room looked “clean” as in the sheets were “fresh” but everything else about the room was off. I turned around and saw that the door didn’t shut all the way, as if someone had repeatedly kicked the door in so the door was bent in. Walking around the room, I opened the refrigerator that was there and the sides of the fridge were rusted, then i looked at the rest of the kitchen and the sinks and faucets were rusted all around the kitchenette was rusted and had aluminum foil around the burners ave there was holes in the wood of the cabinets. I then walked into the bathroom and saw that the sink was also rusted and so was the toilet paper holder. The shower head was also very rusted so we did not want to take a shower with a rusted shower head… after looking at everything my friend and I decided that we could not in our right minds stay in this room that night and decided to leave, even though the website said no refunds. Don’t stay here. 1/10
