The rooms and food

Great location to my event nice pool inside and out and the staff was very friendly and polite Pride was a bit high and we had a few issues getting the air to work properly

Property was dirty and not kept up Unclean room and common areas. Used pantyhose remained in a floor of common area for at least 24 hrs

I prefer to sleep on a firm bed. If it is possible next time to pick the room with a firm bad it would be great.

Property is a large space The toilet was fit for a kid .. like really small

Had to ask for a blanket as there were just thin sheets on the bed.

The manager. Mr. Mosley was very nice and explained that the hotel had not been renovated in a very long time. I asked if I could change rooms but he said that most of the rooms had stained carpets and they only steam them every quarter. I also asked for a blanket and they brought me a blood stained mattress cover instead. I immediately called and asked for a replacement. After waiting a 1/2 hour, I took the blood stained mattress cover to the front desk at which time the manager replaced it for an actual blanket. I was here for a convention and but for my desire to benefit from the knowledge shared at the conference I would have left because the room was subpar and basically equivalent to a cheap motel. The fact that the manager told me that the property had not been renovated in a very long time and the staff providing with me a blood stain mattress cover says everything about the Sheraton's standard of excellence - they literally have NONE! This was absolutely not worth the price and I would not recommend this property.

the pool was crowded on weekend

Nothing Got to check in and they charged me another $50. I asked what was that for, they said incidentals, ridiculous! Also they never made our roo. Up. At 8pm went to front desk and told them. They said they'd have room service come right up. 46 minutes later, no room service. Called front desk saying we need fresh towels. 1/2 hour later we got towels and not wash cloths. Fir $250 a night we'd never stay at another Sheraton.

Location and staff Cleanliness and loid noise coming from the AC

Ease of check in and staff was very accommodating. Great price off Booking.com during Black Friday Deal. We stayed in a Standard Preferred room, with 2 double beds. Room is a bit outdated. Could use a renovation. Beds were not too comfortable and small.

The staff was helpful and the room comfortable. There had been a snowfall and half the parking lot was taken up with utility vehicles. Plus, the individual parking spots were not well cleared.

Rooms were clean except for one of the beds; which had blood stains but front desk took care of it. The staff at the restaurant were incredible. Also we couldn’t here noise from other guests. The front desk staff could be a little more welcoming and friendly.

Bad customer service

Didn't get any extra blankets or sheets for pull out bed.

The room was nice and very clean. The HVAC was in the room and very loud. The hotel was heavily occupied due to a conference being held. The people above and beside me were noisy. I could hear the people above me. After midnight the noise subsided. If were stayed for longer than one night, I would have requested another room. While the room was clean, there was a bottle of water which was partially opened on the table. I would, however, stay at this property again. Hopefully, the HVAC noise was specific to the room where I stayed.
