The washcloths were rough.

The greet staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there but they got the job done fairly quickly. One person checking us in wasn't aware of the event we were there for. The room was clean but a little dated. Toilet had multiple cracks in it and I was worried it would break when I was using it. The A/C was cold but a little noisy. Food at the event was very good and bar service was excellent. Overall, a good value for the money.

The hotel is very accessible, the hotel team I came into contact with were very helpful, the property is very old and tired looking inside. Really needs a new carpet, lick of paint and general refresh. The gym was very good, and the pool looked nice. The room was clean, tidy, bed very comfy but again it requires modernization.

I love the location and the design of the hotel looking like a castle very whimsical. I wish the pool can be opened up a little later instead of closing at 9 . The bathroom is outdated especially the tub and the water wasn’t hot enough in the shower. The breakfast should be free I stayed at other hotels in the past and the breakfast was free.

I had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized, and I really appreciated the overall atmosphere. The breakfast was also a nice addition. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

Location and room rent There is no food no coffee . No breakfast in the package nor their is guest coffee machine in the lobby for guest .

Waiting to pay our bill for lunch sat took forever. I understand the staff are busy, but we were late to our class because of the wait.

The Spa. It was an inconvenience to be waken up out of my sleep at 7am to evacuate into the cold morning with no compensation.
