Went to visit family and stayed here because of proximity. The pool was definitely a bonus! Marielle was exceptionally welcoming. She made sure we were ok. The entire front desk staff was amazing. Room needed minor repairs but overall amazing time. Would stay here again!

Spacious

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. Our door handle to our room did not work properly. The door to the fitness center did not work. We had to ask a staff member to let us in each time. The lights in the elevator did not work, so we were unsure if we would get to the right floor. It was quiet in the hotel.

Room was clean, property was clean.
-
The pool area and bathroom in the pool were not clean and there were no towels. My kids were looking forward the pool and we didn’t use it.

The room was clean and staff were nice.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient for a visit to Salem.

It was a nice place. It was clean what I needed. I didn’t like the bedding the comforter was not very warm, but otherwise it was a great spot to stay. It was convenient to where I was working.

Our room key didn’t work and the “key machine” was broken. So we had to go to front desk to get staff to let us in our room whenever we left it. Super inconvenient otherwise stay was fine
-
It was a fine three-day stay. The air-conditioner… not so much. However, it was cool enough that the lack of air was not unacceptable.

The rooms have all been updated and slept great! It's an older hotel that's been renovated. Only reason I gave it 4 was because there were a bunch of drunks in the lobby scaring my son and the front desk gal told my 8 year old "they're harmless". I didn't love that.

The rooms were in awesome condition and quite comfortable

It was clean

Staff were very patient and kind with each encounter and complaint but they could not fix the problem and not expected to fix the problem. The manager did take off one night for the inconvenience which was very professional. Parking was a problem as there were two wedding receptions that overlapped and parking was not available to everyone.

The photos online look like they were from pre-COVID versus today. There was no grassy area to enjoy outside or I should say not an area you would consider "hanging out in." You could tell by the cleanliness of the parking lot and entrance that it was going to be a bit subpar. We were just doing an overall look of our room when we 1st checked in and to make sure we were actually going to stay. Found french fries shoved into the A/C and the door would not properly open/close. We asked for a new room. Staff was very nice and accomodating to give us a new room. 2nd room was fine meaning OK not good. Stayed for 3 nights. On the last day before check out we had no hot water in the shower. I don't mean the water was just warm, not hot; I mean it was cold. Personally, I would not stay here again. The only reason we did not move hotels on this trip was due to the outrageous prices everywhere due to FIFA (soccer) being in town. Already overpaid for this hotel.

Very comfortable, very convenient hotel. I was visiting for work so I didn't really do anything at the hotel except sleep, but my room was very comfortable. The person who ran the front desk every night was just about the hardest working person I've ever seen in my life and I think she was the only person working one night, but she still managed to have a positive attitude.
-
Very clean, staff good however there were no blackout curtains in the room so the it was light all night and difficult to sleep.

The room was clean and the a/c worked well. We didn’t have hot water our last night at theho
