Everything was fine

We really just needed an affordable place to stay for one night in the area. The price was great compared to other hotels in Salem Peabody area. Thank you for the early check in! It’s an extended stay hotel, no Bella and whistles. I would stay there again.

Our stay was great. The staff was so helpful especially Margaret. She gave me all the info I needed during check in and made sure our stay was as comfortable a possible.

The night porter Joe was very helpful, also the room was excellent. The location was not to good you really need a car.

Wonderful accommodations, the girls at the desk are the best. So kind and nice. Even got me an umbrella because I forgot mine. Everything was easy from check in to check out and all in-between.

I appreciated being able to open the windows by two inches to get fresh air- it would have been nice if I could have opened them all the way! The TV was great. The Extended Stay franchise offers that a hospitality kit is available with kitchen ware (and there is a little tent sign in the kitchen offering such), but the staff seemed dumbfounded by my request and cobbled together a few items, but said they didn't have anything else. The other people staying in the facility seem to be living there- which seemed ok, but it's good to know it's that kind of a place. I loved the view out my window on the third floor to a beautiful tree- the setting outside is lovely and peaceful. The internet worked ok, and otherwise my stay was peaceful and functional.

The location was really good. Staff was very helpful. We had to extend our stay because my husband hurt himself and they were wonderful about letting us stay in the same room instead of having to change rooms.
-
Steve was very helpful when we had to extend our visit because of a medical emergency. The room was very nicely kept and we enjoyed our visit.

The location, and that it is in a quiet area. That allows for some outdoor space I.e walking. When we got there, there were no luggage cards to bring stuff to our rooms and it was at midnight so there was not a lot of people. The staff that was working was kind, but appeared to not have a lot of knowledge of the property. When we got into the room. The room had an older as if people either had been living in it or there had been dirty clothes or something. It’s just that a weird smell. I don’t know who is the air conditioning vent. None of the dishes, toaster coffee maker or anything are in the room. You have to go back downstairs and ask for them and you have to ask by the item as to what you want and then carry that up to your room most places have it already included where it’s in the room, easy inconvenient. Everything’s already plugged in ready to go the rooms usually smell, clean and fresh air unexpected stay here was just different. Upon leaving in the morning, there were also no luggage cards to bring our stuff out so it’s six in the morning before a very busy day. I had to make several trips out to the car with luggage and with such a late arrival there was already not a lot of time for sleep and personal things

The room was a bit dingy and not properly cleaned. There were hairs from the previous stay in the sink

Its in an odd place in darked area and its outside is not great or well kept. We arrived late but female receptionist was kind. It was a big room but the hallways and general areas are not in great condition and its a bit unsettling due to fact that there seems to be long term tenants and in darkened cove - it just felt like more of low end temporary apartment housing than hotel. If you have a family I would be slightly concerned about the safety as my impression of tenants wasnt great.
