We stayed here to spend a few days in Salem and enjoyed our stay here. It had restaurants and shopping nearby.

The room was laid out really well, it was incredibly clean, everything was comfy. . .from the bed, to the couch, to the computer chair. I loved the shower. The staff was super accommodating with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. I thought the grab and go breakfast could be a bit better. Maybe some cold cereal and bagel options.

Was only there overnight so no need for amenities and only had interaction with staff at check in. They were pleasant. The facility is a bit worn down and smells. For the price per night I would have expected something nicer or better maintained.

Love the fact that was a little kitchen in the room. Could have used cups in the room. Not use to a hotel without a ice machine. We had to make our own ice.

Close to Salem Not a lot of food nearby

The room was very basic. Nothing special. Good location for us near a wedding in Rockport. Close to Boston too. Don’t expect anything fancy but fine for a night or two. A bit pricey for what you get but suppose that’s because of the location.

The manager was nice when i left. It was filthy. Pee stains everywhere in the hall ways. It had an overwhelming smell of pee and smoke. Holes and stains in the cabinets and walls. It was really nasty. I was sick after the first night there.

I found a wad of chewing gum stuck to the nightstand.. the door lock had 4 very loose screws. I did not feel safe

Clean one bedroom room Basic hotel stay, you have to specifically ask for housekeeping, linens, even kitchen supplies. No ice machine at this place. “Free breakfast” is coffee and oatmeal packets. The location isn’t great at all, far from town in a strange location.
