Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast not worth bothering with.

It also came with a small pull out loveseat, Queen sized bed, large flat screen and full bath. The property has options for people to add kitchenware to their rental to meet their needs - Dishes, drying rack, cookware, utensils, etc, for a small fee. The staff is very friendly and understanding. Unlike other hotels, there is no hot breakfast available, but people can take a "grab and go" breakfast from the first floor breakfast room (muffins, tea, breakfast bars, oatmeal and hot water).

The front desk team was so nice. They checked me in early in order to give me extra time to get ready for a wedding party I was in. They were always smiling when I had a question and made me feel taken care of. Would deffinitely stay here again.

The floors were “sticky,” in a way that we didn’t want to remove our shoes inside the room. Overall just big oversight on basic cleanliness that I haven’t seen in a really long time, considering the price we paid. I didn’t say anything to the staff because I was only there for a few nights and wanted to focus on spending time with family and not the accommodation, but I will NEVER book this hotel again.

Wi-fi did not work. Had to go to hallway to make call. Had to fix toilet in middle of night because did not flush.

The location was great for exploring Salem. Front staff was rude, breakfast was mediocre, they refused to refill the coffee 30 min before shutting down. Rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarettes.

The washer only operate with hot water. I don’t wash my clothes in hot water so I ruin some of my clothes. That really was the only issue I had.
