You get what you pay for. This was the cheapest rate I could find and the room and the facilities certainly backed that up. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The place is just rundown. Ripped screens, cigarette butts all around the outside, you definitely get what you pay for. If you want a place that’s cheap and quiet, this is the place. Just don’t expect a beautiful hotel.

Overall, our stay was quite good. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to adjust the temperature in our room ourselves. We also liked having a kitchen, and if we needed anything, such as a kettle or other appliances, we could simply ask at the reception. However, I would like to point out that the hallways were extremely cold — really, really cold. Fortunately, the temperature in our room was comfortable and could be adjusted. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and were generally satisfied.

Breakfast is a coffee machine and a couple of muffins Beds were unconfortable and it felt like they had plastic covers below the sheets. Sofa-bed had no sheets, we had to request them. No dishes or silverware available in the room, you have to get them from the front desk.

This hotel is cheap and feels safe. In 8 days, the housekeeping never came once.

No breakfast tucked

Room was clean and fine. Breakfast was small packaged muffins only. Coffee was not out by the time we checked out.

To be honest, for what I paid I couldn't expect a great breakfast, but they could definitely improve it a bit.

Very clean and loved how spacious the room was plus super friendly staff. The ac unit did sound like a plane taking off every time it ran but there was so much good that I just turned up the volume on my sound machine and ignored it as much as I could. NA

Lady at front desk was amazing and kindly allowed us and early check in as we had a wedding that afternoon to attend. Our queen suite was on first floor. Our room was very clean, great job housekeeping!, had full size fridge, stovetop, microwave. Good size room. Was very pleased. Location is at end of the road so nice and peaceful. Would have lived a hot breakfast or more selection to breakfast but also was not a big deal or deterrent as we just went out for breakfast. Will definitely be back if needed.

The rooms was big ,in it has the kitchen inside They say on the web site breakfast included , but it is not a reguler breakfast it is just cheap granola bars and cheap muffens, black coffee, tea bags ,packages of quick oat .... no eggs no bread ,no milk,no jam,for me it wasn't breakfast

Loved the convenience of the location and the kitchenette. About a 10minute drive to both Salem and the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, other than the person that checked us in. Room was dusty in some spots. Person at check in was not friendly and made a few other guests wait a long time. Outlet in bathroom and kitchen didn't work.

The hotel did the job I needed it to- housed us for our vacation, but not without realizing that the rooms are not deep cleaned. The floors hadn't been mopped and there was garbage found behind the trashcan in the bathroom cupboard. What really threw me is how bad the water smelled in the shower- I can't explaining. Maybe it's a near the ocean issue, who knows, but it smelled, the water pressure was far less than impressive.

Staff seemed like they were new or not well trained. The back of the property where our room was located was sketchy with people continuously loitering in the parking lot even late at night and it was very isolated making it feel unsafe. The pull out couch mattress was dirty and very uncomfortable. The room smelled bad.

Superb

Uber / Lift always get lost coming to the hotel, they get a different direction. Left towels in a bag if we want it replenish, came back to the hotel nothing was done.

I didn't like that my television channel summary of what's on didn't work!
