Floors visibly dirty in elevators and around elevator lobby areas. Same dirt both days of out stay. Floor in room needed mopping. Turned bottom of feet black. Front desk clerk who checked us in was excellent! Thank you

the pool was closed

Staff at front desk, Mark, was great during checkout - was informative about facilities (let us know about possible door issues, which we didn’t have) and let us know about breakfast times, etc. Breakfast was great; everyone in our party found something they wanted and one was quite happy to find a waffle maker! Overall, the room staff, and amenities were quite good. Thank you!

The breakfast was nice and easily accessible. The room was easy to get in and out of and the ac worked. The charging nightstands were nice. The pool was closed and they "weren't sure when itd be open" it wasnt listed as closed on the website or posted anywhere, we had just happened to walk past a maintenance worker while checking to see if it was open. I actually specifically canceled my previous booked hotel for this one with a pool. They asked when we wanted the room taken care of but nobody ever came. Also the "in case you forgot" was just candy which I found annoying when I ventured downstairs for a thing of Tylenol and water. The mattress also sucked, its a hotel and I don't expect much but a whole day after we had left and I still have back and hip pain. Fridge is also very small and hard to open.

We booked a king room with sofa bed and had selected the hotel as it had a pool. We were originally assigned a room for 3 people with 1 bed which clearly wasn’t going to work. The staff were excellent and were able to provide a satisfactory solution despite then being unable to provide the room booked. And the pool was unavailable due to the renovations which we did not know about until we arrived. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good too. A great place to stay for a night as we travelled South.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast bar and the staff were kind and helpful. That the pool was out of service the entire stay. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The air conditioner in our room made an awful chirping noise when it was on. There was construction when we arrived which made it hard to pull up to unload our vehicle.

Great location. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly. The girl working the desk in the morning was a bit out of sorts. Obviously she didn’t want to be there working. But she was a Gen Z, so par for the course. Otherwise, nice hotel with a good breakfast.
