Staff was great

Nothing! Pool is under renovation, no laundry had to go to hotel next door, air conditioner was leaking and my son fell and hit his head twice! Let the front desk not only know but see my sons bruise on his head from falling and they told me they couldn’t do anything…

I’ve been to this hotel twice now and each time it’s been great! They renovated and there’s no rugs in the room! I love that! I want to give a special recognition to Mark. He helped me figure out why my name wasn’t popping up in the system. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.

Rooms were nice. And free breakfast was great Our room could have been cleaner. Under sink legs were full of dust and floor was sticky

Some issues with internet and the tv

We were staying for 2 nights and left during the day and they missed cleaning our room. i came back at 4pm and asked to have the room cleaned and hotel reception, stated that cleaning requests usually end at 11am. I was confused, since I didnt understand the onus was on the guest for room cleaning, I thought cleaning was automatic on a multiday same room stay. He tried to get the room cleaned, but the cleaning staff had left.

We canceled cause when we got there it looked to be under construction. They had Ethernet lines all over. Pool had been closed for months but they didn’t say anything on their site. I gues they are waiting on the paperwork from the state. Barely any parking with all the construction. I was actually very surprised cause I normally have great experience at Hampton inns. The staff was great though and understanding

Super clean and close to Salem. Nothing everything was amazing!

The room was newly renovated and clean. Linens melt fresh. The pool was closed for repair and there was a lot of maintenance taking place. Such as fire alarms being installed, concrete work out front. There were a lot of maintenance people on every floor. Staff was friendly and breakfast area was clean.

Upon arriving to the hotel I was unable to identify it because the construction that had been going on stopped and the building was no longer recognizable from the pictures online , Mark, the manager was very accommodating and apologetic on the condition of the overall hotel. He did state that the owner started renovating, but for no apparent reason, construction stopped, and no one has been back in weeks, there was no pool as that was closed because of construction, there were stacks of air-conditioning units in the breakfast area, smoke detectors, hanging off the ceilings, no properly working TVs in the room and wiring hanging out of the heating units, windows were dirty, on a positive note the room was clean.

Everything I needed was fine Room keys did not work multiple times.

Convenient location to Salem

Property was clean..front desk staff was friendly..Pool has not been available for months! (info should be added in hotel description prior to make the reservations not at the time of checking in)..I reserved the room with the sofa and king bed..AGAIN, not available..ended up with 2 small/full size beds..interior of the hotel needs to be updated/remodeled..DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENT..Sooo much different from my previous experience just a few weeks ago (Hampton Inn in St Augustine, FL).

It looked like they may have been remodeling, the pool was closed and the lobby store that they have was almost empty. The night shift girl that was working was very friendly though.

Good breakfast selection and clean room. Pool was closed for maintenance, but we selected the hotel for the pool.

No toilet paper in our room, had to LEAVE my child in the room alone to go get toilet paper for him. Some random metal hole in the wall was wide open in the bathroom..
