We stayed one night, but that stay was excellent. Staff was helpful, Everyone was friendly, the room was clean and as always up to standard. And the dining experience was excellent, great food and staff. Overall, my one stay was satisfied. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Didn't get breakfast they wanted to charge for it. No charge for parking. They charges 30 dollars for parking at there hotel that we already were paying to stay at.

Clean. Upscale. No microwave and very pricey breakfast. At least provide free coffee and tea.

The hotel was in a good location for easy access to Boston, Salem & other areas. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, nice amenities, & had a large tv. The lobby was nice & welcoming. There were ample parking spaces, all very convenient. We definitely enjoyed our week there as a home base for visiting various towns.

Everything was wonderful here. My only issue was the air conditioning location. It was right beside my head and it was too cold.My face was pretty frozen and can't get out of bed properly because it was right there by wall had to scoot down to get out. I will definitely come back here for my next vacation. Everyone here was wonderful.

Everything was wonderful, friendly staff, great location, absolutely gorgeous hotel! Everything was new and fresh and clean! Will definitely stay here next trip!

Stuff was very friendly and they accommodate us immediately even though we arrived earlier in the hotel. We got charged $ 10 for overnight parking. Not a huge amount but look like the hotel was trying to make extra money.

Clean room. Staff was friendly. The lock on the door was broken, but didn’t really affect the stay.

Everything from an easy early check in for an unexpected early arrival to the cleanliness of the room all the way to the amazing waitress that assisted me at Sophia’s restaurant on the premises was spectacular and can not wait to stay at this location again very soon!!
