Boston Marriott Peabody

The hotel was excellent- but honestly, even if it was terrible I’d give 5 stars just for the staff! They were incredibly kind, helpful, personable. So sweet to my kids, so knowledgeable about the area as well as surrounding areas. Would happily stay here again. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Peabody. The staff were exceptional and very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable with wonderful quality cotton sheets and super soft pillows, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making for a great night’s sleep. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water and good pressure, and there was complimentary quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available to use. The only minor downside was that the hairdryer was fairly average, but it did the job. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable room.

We just spent Friday and Saturday nights at the Boston Marriot in Peabody MA to attend a Saturday evening wedding in Beverly. Our room was sufficiently clean and the king size bed was comfortable. We checked in Friday afternoon and were out for the evening. Upon returning we attempted to adjust the A/C and did not feel that it was cool enough but retired for the night. We left early next morning to explore the nearby seashore and were planning to cool off in the hotel pool when we return. We learned from a hotel employee that the pool was closed for maintenance, on a warm summer weekend when the hotel was booked with multiple wedding parties and guests. When inquiring we were told that a letter had been sent out to us prior to our arrival, which we hadn't read, informing us of the situation. At the desk when checking out we mentioned our complaints, and the staff inquired if we had read the letter and if we had called about the A/C. On us I suppose, but we were not interested in waiting for maintenance to address the issue in our room due to time constraints. Overall, not the Marriot experience we had enjoyed during multiple stays in our earlier careers while traveling.

The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean but I wouldn't stay again with Marriot or this location.

Very nice experience. All the staff was on point, specially the Dominican lady in the breakfast area. Didn’t feel overcharged for the breakfast either. I would only complain about how clear the noise from the parking lot outside felt in my room .

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, made the stay very nice? There was an overcharge on the room, but that was not on the facility that was on Booking.com.

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was great and servers were very friendly. Parking was very good.

Really easy to access. It was full of travelers but my room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Staff was consistently rude except the breakfast waitress. She was kind. Iron leaked water everywhere. We had a wedding so this was unfortunate. Trash was left out in hall by cleaners.
