It has always been on my daughter's bucket list to visit Salem, MA. This hotel was located very near Salem. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to satisfy whatever may be for your taste buds. There were children staying in other rooms but the rooms were very quiet. I have a support dog that I take wherever I go and they were GREAT with understanding my need to have him with me. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Room ac didn’t work well. Had a dog smell in the room. Middle dryer doesn’t dry clothes. Had to move them after the cycle to another dryer because they were still wet. Had to ask for towels because we only had 3 for 5 staying in the suite. $3.47 overnight for parking is a bit odd.

Pool was fun Stained beds, sheets and crumbs, no tissues, toilet paper or body wash. Had to ask a few times. Breakfast was overcooked, gross and no one filled anything unless asked more than once. No one helpful when voicing my concerns. Light over the bed fell on me out of nowhere because it was broken

When we got to the hotel our family of 6 with 4 kids had to be split into two king rooms because the hotel overbooked. The associate was very apologetic and did give us points through the Marriott app for our inconvenience. The stay was good and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Room dirty carpet stained desks burn marks tub scratched and rust stained. Very dingy overall.
