Professional, accommodating personnel, especially Michael (front desk). Housekeeping staff were responsive and courteous. Great breakfast, wonderful rooms. This hotel is located by restaurants, movie theatre, shopping, and fuel.

It was a nice hotel I stayed here with my kids. The only downfall was that it didn't come with breakfast. However it had a restaurant where the kids ate free and the food was amazing. We'd stay here again.

I found pest in my room. Overall the stay was good and great customer service.

Me and my husband and four kids did not get a chance to enjoy breakfast. Our reservations were canceled without warning. The manager could’ve done more to assist us with our reservations. I didn’t like the fact that she told me to call someone else about a reservation I had at her hotel. My family and I traveled very far just for a 1 minute conversation about a cancelled reservation that was made on a mother and father with four kids. We tried to check in around 4:30pm. The manager told me that it wasn’t on them told me who to call then walked to the back and never came back I was there for an hour on the phone. Very unprofessional she could’ve told me if they had anymore rooms available even suggested another hotel. She made me feel like it’s not my problem but I was the customer and paid in full for those rooms. It been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received a refund so not book through BOOKING.COM
