The beds were comfortable. The room smelled clean. The staff was exceptional. But the room looked like it was falling apart. Tile was broken off the wall. And there was a cockroach. It looked like it has been remodeled poorly.

Several expected amenities were missing, coffee maker, microwave, etc. The TV and in room phone did not work. The staff responded quickly however and got the TV working fairly quickly. The beds were very noisy, sheet metal base, and there was considerable noise from work going on that started earlier than I would have preferred.

it was a nice and clean area! The air conditioning can be loud at times, but I did see that they're replacing them! So that's good :) The staff was very helpful and fast responsive.

Room was flooded and they still give us a that room costumer service was really bad

I found a live cockroach as soon as I got into my room. For the prices they manage, they have to do lots of of improvements on this property.

The AC was noisy. Common areas were dirty although the room was clean. The exterior of the building makes it looks as though the property is not even open. Signage is not good. Exterior of the property is unattractive. It is convenient to the Interstate and a variety of eating options. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Sketchy building, exterior doors to hotel aren’t locked, no soap let alone shampoo or conditioner so I couldn’t even wash my hands. Room smelled like musky men’s cologne. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Looks like they are the process of remodeling a very rundown old hotel. The room interiors were updated and clean however the hotel looks vacant when you first pull in and the property is rough. Our toilet didn’t work. No mini toiletries. 2 small towels per room. If you can get an exterior room those seem to be better.
